The appartment is in a quiet street, with many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The bed is comfortable and the furniture is functional. Everything was very clean. In the kitchen there were enough dishes, cutlery, glasses, even some good wine glasses, and some Nespresso capsules and tea bags for a first breakfast. The cleaning lady and technical staff we met by chance in the premises were very kind and helpful.

Communication with the management is not easy. I am not so practical with internet chats and I did not find a telephone number I could have used if I had had an urgent question.

The location is great, with good access to the metro station. Apartment is comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. AC and wifi work well. Check in process is a bit cumbersome, but can be handle with enough time. They provided a nice baby cot for us, free of charge.

The apartment was not spotless clean. This we realized when our crawling baby got quite dirty after a few minutes of hanging on the floor. I guess the floor was quickly vacuum cleaned before our arrival but not moped. With a baby, the cleanliness standards are just considerably higher and this place was not up to that expected standard.

This is a well appointed, clean, comfortable and roomy apartment. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be back. This is what you expect when booking a hotel apartment. That there are items available that you can actually use in the apartment. The beds were comfortable, extra pillows and blankets are available, closets were roomy, actually enough hangers. Black out curtains were effective. High windows that opened to allow for air and light. Thermostat kept the apartment cool. The kitchen had items that allowed for cooking (including oil, salt and pepper) and laundry including soap. The bathroom was well lit and modern. The living room allowed for work calls and lounging after a day of sightseeing. We couldn't hear anyone else in the apartment building. There's a school across the street but nothing we could hear unless out on the street at the end of the day. Staff helped us with an early check in for our stay. The neighborhood is picturesque, with upscale restaurants, frozen greek yogurt shops, gourmet bakeries, groccery stories and in walking distance to shopping and tourist sites.

Apartment size is great, it's clean, all the appliances you need are available. The location was very convenient for us.

We didn't have water pressure and no hot water on our last day before leaving. I also requested 1 hour late checkout which they couldn't give me. I had 2 rooms, I requested late check out on only 1 room. I would have been more comfortable with slightly bigger beds. It's a bit pricey compared to other properties we found.

The location was excellent. Ask for a room in one of the higher floors with a nice view of the school - it is very quiet.

I did not have hot water for a full day. Some of the furniture looked worn. The reviews said your room is cleaned each day, but it only happened once in the 10 days I was there. The blowdryer was broken.

Everything was lovely. It was great to be able to open windows for air when I wanted. When I needed something extra for my stay, I just sent a message through booking.com and the suppliers arrived in a few mins.

I am giving a 9 because when I booked there was a picture of a balcony. I thought I would be able to sit outside for a coffee etc. This was disappointing 😞. Everything else was perfect.

Super easy and efficient getting in and out. Elevator. Super clean. Comfy bed and sofa. Perfect for business travelers. Windows open, but quiet. Coffee pods were available which is always nice. Great shower/hot water/strong pressure.

It’s a no frills place so don’t expect any kind of services. This didn’t bother us at all but I could see how travelers might be looking for something with a bit more personality.

The location for our trip was excellent, two doors down from our son’s dorm. Also great high end shopping in the area. The apartment was nice, complete with full kitchen. It’s across from a Catholic school and schoolyard which was fun to observe while there.

The cigarette smoke from the floors above came in through our windows which was not great for us, non-smokers.

Property was clean, spacious, comfortable and had free wifi. Easy to check in, they send a link to send your ID documents, then you receive codes to enter building & room on your check in day. Great location, 15 min walk to Retiro park, 30 min walk to Gran via (shopping central area. Quiet neighbourhood, perfect for our family. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Would definitely recommend to friends and use again.

Nothing to dislike. Note there’s no parking but we found a 24 hour parking with cameras called Montesa 31 (31 Calle de Montesa) which was approx 10 min walk to appartment.

The room was clean and well presented. Access was easy with no delays, the key pad entry meant you didn't have to worry about losing keys during your stay.

There is no option for late check out and the bathroom flooded several times although staff were attentive and sorted the issue eventually. It would be ideal if there was a small oven in the room.
