Very high-value accomodation and very clean, comfortable room. Would be great if you're in Madrid for a couple days for business. Well situated in the southern portion of Barrio Salamanca- Retiro is a 10 minute walk and there's lots of shops and restaurants around. Loved how close this was to Casa Dani- I had a great lunch there.

I arrived with two large suitcases. There's a second elevator in the back that is sized to accomodate these but this wasn't clear on arrival. Reception is on the 5th floor, hallways are a little narrow. Would have been a much more comfortable stay if I'd packed lighter; but it ended up being a mild inconvenience.

Good location in the lovely Salamanca area of Madrid, which is a very nice part of town just north of the Retiro Park. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Had a very good shower. Breakfast reasonable.

Cleaning staff were nice and the reception/breakfast room staff were fine but could have been friendlier. They provide you with a bottle of water in your room on arrival but not after that. I asked the man on the reception where I could get some more water to fill my bottle and was told I could buy a bottle of mineral water from their vending machine or fill it using the tap in my bathroom. I appreciate that Spain in general is trying to save water but in a city which is swelteringly hot at times (it was 35C while I was there) and for the price of the room, it seems reasonable to provide a source of water to guests other than using their bathroom tap or buying mineral water from them.

Good place in the heart of Salamanca/Recoletos area of Madrid. Easy cercanias ride from Chamartin or Atocha, (get off at Recoletos and cross to Biblioteca side) METRO lines nearby if you want to inexpensively get to downtown Madrid. Easy walk to Prado, a little over a mile if you love to walk a d window shop. Some refurbishing going on but nothing to bother about Reception on 5th floor. Small fridge was nice. Air conditioning was easy to manage. There are 2 elevators located in different areas. If you are above floor 5, second elevator towards the back takes you to your floor.

The employees at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was not ready for early check-in, but they were quick to suggest that we could leave our suitcases in concierge. There were 3 of us. Our room included 2 twin beds and a very comfortable sofa bed. The location of the hotel could not have been better. Very close to MERCADO DE LA PAZ and many top restaurants. RETIRO Park was a comfortable 10-minute walk.

It was nice and well located in Salamanca district. Very homely feel, and the bed was comfy. Nice bathroom with really nice shower gel/shampoo too.

Really warm and it didn't appear that my air conditioning worked, despite the remote being there and functional. Might have felt it more as the single room is - understandably - quite small too. Not a big problem as I was only there for one night, and I could just open the window with it being cool out this time of year.

The room was clean and decent size bathroom/shower. Room had a kettle, iron and fridge… location well connected with public transportation. One could pay extra € 12 for basic Breakfast. Overall, a decent hotel for short stay

The room I had was a corner one with no ventilation. There was a window but which did not actually open… had some light from translucent glass. Which was quite suffocating. For a single room charging almost €200/night I found it was not great value for money in terms of room.

Great location, my favorite block of Madrid. Close to Retiro, clean, nice architecture, a lot of restraints, shops. Perfect stuff, friendly and helpful. Late check in, ability to leave your luggage after checking out.

I had to pay by link that hotel send to my email, it's completely inconvenient. Much more easier to pay at booking.com or at the desk. Room without view at all if it is possible for somebody, it didn't matter for us, because we came to Madrid to spent time outside of accommodation

The staff was hospitable, the location was EXCELLENT and accessible to all the hot spots and the shopping center of Madrid, plus the walkability score was a 10/10 with restaurants open late and grocery stores close by.

It's a boutique hotel so minimalism can be appreciated especially if you are a light traveler, for me it was a bit tough because I had a big suitcase and another carry-on suitcase, but not the hotel's fault. Next time I know to travel lighter. The rooms are a decent size and even manageable for 2 people/a couple.

Excellent location. One of the best neighbourhoods in Madrid, with beautiful cafés and restaurants nearby. Bus stop a few steps from the hotel, metro station a few meters down. Clean rooms and common areas. Bed was comfortable and large, despite being an individual room. Nice staff.

Lift was old and small, but not a big problem. Some guests were talking loudly on the corridors at 3 am, but soundproof was overall quite satisfactory.

Great place, located in a nice neighborhood with lots of options. The room was very clean and the staff was very polite. Good check in/check out policy. Definitely recommended.
