The place is just at the underground station, next doir there is a supermarket.

Noise from other rooms - even the people were quiet, we heard each word like they were with us.

The location is perfect - right next to a metro station. Very nice and safe neighborhood close to the city centre. There is a grocery store 5 meters from the entrance. Helpful staff, clean, tidy and probably the most comfortable bed and pillow I have experienced in a hotel. A nice touch/bonus is the swimming pool area in the summer! I can totally recommend the place!! :-))

There wasn't any cutlery in the kitchen niche, the noise isolation (from the neighbors) is not great and the interior is a bit dark and dated. However, all of that was not really crucial to me. ;-)

Location and staff. It's right at the heart of Madrid's residential area. It's close to cafes, pastelería, calle Goya shopping street, metro station, supermarket. It's a perfect place to stay and feel like a local. The apartment we stayed in even had a terrace. The unit itself is compact, yet spacious. The staff was super helpful. Since we were coming back here in a few days, we asked if we could get the same room. We couldn't due to availability, but they reassured us that they would give us a better room in our return. There's a laundry area at level E for £3 per wash and per dry.

Furniture and amenities are very outdated. The building is undergoing construction work and it was noisy. It felt weird to walk around fresh paint and construction workers carrying materials

Very good location: close to the metro station and a supermarket. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. In the kitchen, you have all you need to stay for a week or so.

The walls are not really sound-proof and you can hear all sorts of noises from the corridor and other rooms. We were lucky that all oir neighbours were very polite:)

No hairdryer, no tea towel. No coffee making facility which was not essential but could have made the difference. Maybe they could have left a couple of tea bags, some coffee, milk, sugar etc as to go out and buy for one night would have been ridiculous. I think if you are offering it as an apartment a few basics is not unreasonable as I presume many people are only visiting for a few days.

Nice clean studio apartment suitable for two people situated in a good location. The metro station is very close to the apartment block, making it very easy to get around the city. We went in mid-June, and the air conditioning was available 24 hours a day. We stayed for a week, and despite the contract stating the room would only be serviced once a week and towels changed every 4 days, this was done twice during our stay. If you need extra towels, toilet paper etc... they will provide if you ask.

The only negative I would say was that the bathroom was a little tired there were some cracked tiles that need replacing.

One lift was broken made it a little slow but we took the stairs so we are fit!

We kept coming back at this Lovely and huge apartment along Juan Bravo. Very accessible to everything and complete kitchen materials you need.Hands-up to the management as well.They provide what we need.Mr. Alvaro - a very considerate person i’ve met. I cant thank him enough for his professionalism and help in general.To add, the receptionist who are always smiling and greeted us whenever they see us. Also,Mr. Gino a lovely person, a hardworking man who looks after our luggage and make sure it is in a safe place if its not yet check-in time. Over all, we are satisfied and we look forward to stay here again.

Location is amazing! We were able to reach everything easily and even on foot, without being in the midst of the chaos of the city. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. Staff was really nice. Beds were comfortable.

Rooms are not the most modern, but they are well kept. Wi-Fi would not always work and since we were working, we often had to turn on our hotspots from our phones to be able to continue working. Lastly, the bed had one single very long pillow. In the closet we found an additional normal sized pillow. However, since we both wanted a single pillow, I asked reception twice on 2 different days and we never saw the additional pillow…
