The place is just at the underground station, next doir there is a supermarket.

Noise from other rooms - even the people were quiet, we heard each word like they were with us.

The location is perfect - right next to a metro station. Very nice and safe neighborhood close to the city centre. There is a grocery store 5 meters from the entrance. Helpful staff, clean, tidy and probably the most comfortable bed and pillow I have experienced in a hotel. A nice touch/bonus is the swimming pool area in the summer! I can totally recommend the place!! :-))

There wasn't any cutlery in the kitchen niche, the noise isolation (from the neighbors) is not great and the interior is a bit dark and dated. However, all of that was not really crucial to me. ;-)

Location and staff. It's right at the heart of Madrid's residential area. It's close to cafes, pastelería, calle Goya shopping street, metro station, supermarket. It's a perfect place to stay and feel like a local. The apartment we stayed in even had a terrace. The unit itself is compact, yet spacious. The staff was super helpful. Since we were coming back here in a few days, we asked if we could get the same room. We couldn't due to availability, but they reassured us that they would give us a better room in our return. There's a laundry area at level E for £3 per wash and per dry.

Furniture and amenities are very outdated. The building is undergoing construction work and it was noisy. It felt weird to walk around fresh paint and construction workers carrying materials

Very good location: close to the metro station and a supermarket. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. In the kitchen, you have all you need to stay for a week or so.

The walls are not really sound-proof and you can hear all sorts of noises from the corridor and other rooms. We were lucky that all oir neighbours were very polite:)

The location is fantastic, 250 yards to the nearest Metro station, a supermarket next door and local facilities close by. The place although dated and clearly in the process of upgrading, was exceptionally clean. Bedding and towels changed twice during our week’s stay and the apartment cleaned. Staff were really helpful and accommodating. The swimming pool was clean and maintained and a welcome relaxation after a day sightseeing in Madrid

The place is dated and I think it would benefit from an all over upgrade. However, there was evidence that this was already in progress.

Fantastic location, great to get an apartment with a pool/deck in the city centre, very close to Diego de Leon metro stop, also has a supermarket next door and a few nice restaurants in the area. We arrived a few hours before a possible check-in and bags were stored without charge. Only a few stops on the metro from Gran Via/Sol areas, and about 40 mins from the airport on metros.

Apartment itself was a little basic, although had everything we needed. Could do with a little upgrade/modernisation. Pool did not open until 11am. Building work going on at the time of stay, but we were well notified about that.

No hairdryer, no tea towel. No coffee making facility which was not essential but could have made the difference. Maybe they could have left a couple of tea bags, some coffee, milk, sugar etc as to go out and buy for one night would have been ridiculous. I think if you are offering it as an apartment a few basics is not unreasonable as I presume many people are only visiting for a few days.

Nice clean studio apartment suitable for two people situated in a good location. The metro station is very close to the apartment block, making it very easy to get around the city. We went in mid-June, and the air conditioning was available 24 hours a day. We stayed for a week, and despite the contract stating the room would only be serviced once a week and towels changed every 4 days, this was done twice during our stay. If you need extra towels, toilet paper etc... they will provide if you ask.

The only negative I would say was that the bathroom was a little tired there were some cracked tiles that need replacing.

Clean although really basic apmt without any view apart from the patio (we stayed at room 132 which was on the 2nd floor), it has everything you need, comfy beds, very nice hot shower, Italian coffee machine and a kettle, there was even a tablecloth for dining table :)

Poor sound isolation - we heard what was going on in neighbor rooms; the apmt was really dark although the weather during our short stay was very sunny; no water at arrival; absence of a standing or lower lamp and only 2 very badly located electric plugs apart from the one in the bathroom. Also the construction is visible throughout the building although it didn’t affect us noise wise.
