Very clean (a priority), comfortable beds, friendly front desk staff, and the property overall resembled the photographs and met our basic needs. We really liked the neighbourhood -- a bit away from the tourist crowds downtown which is a nice reprieve, and very quiet and safe, but still with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The metro is very close and easy (and it is also possible to walk to the centre if desired). Good value overall, and would recommend the hotel.

The room was lacking a few basics, especially in the kitchenette. For example, there was no kettle or coffee maker (the only way to make coffee was with pods), no cutting board, no drying rack, and no paper towel or hand towels. The heating rack in the bathroom didn't work, and limited places to hang towels. I had been told the room would be cleaned on day 4 of 9, but that didn't happen (they texted to come in on day 7, but I was out and offline). It was all ok, as I was able to ask for clean towels and toiletries from housekeeping directly and didn't mind not having sheets changed, but seems a bit odd for something billing itself as a hotel to not have some more frequent housekeeping. Wifi was a little spotty at times but usable overall.

We are very happy with our choice for accommodation in Madrid. It couldn’t be better. 1. Location was perfect for us. Next to Diego de leon metro station (which has several connections), next to several supermarkets, shops, coffees and bakery, the Avenida de America station. The connection with airport is easy by bus or metro, is matter of choice. 2. The beds are big enough, comfortable, the little kitchen has all we need, even corkscrew. 3. The bathroom is also big enough, with shampoo and soaps. 4. The location of our room (404) was on the perfect street side, is absolutely quiet. But in my opinion the whole area is quiet. 5. The receptionist Sonia was very kind to us when we did the checkin. We asked for two separate beds and she change the room immediately. Thank you also to the whole smily receptionist staff. The hotel has lockers where you can leave your bags in case of late checkin, but we didn’t use it.

The apartment is ideally located near a metro station and numerous restaurants, making it very convenient to access. The keys were easy to obtain. The apartment itself is well-equipped, featuring an excellent shower. Additionally, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.

The cleanliness of the apartment was superficial; areas easily visible were clean, but less accessible spots, such as under the bed, were neglected and full of dust. As someone who is highly allergic to dust, this significantly affected my comfort. The apartment requires a more thorough cleaning, not just a cursory surface clean.

We stayed 11 night in a newly renovated room and it was amazing. Bed were super comportable, near the metro, fridge and kitchenette in the room, friendly staff, easy to get to center or few train&bus stations. Great value for money. Would definitely use it again! Best place for breakfast nearby - santiagino churros. Foor and beverages to die for and mostly locals as guests. We went there every morning.

No ventilation in the room. Had to sleep with a window open and it was noisy outside (used earplugs after all)

We requested an earlier check-in, and our request was granted. The room has a small kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare dinner without any issues. The location is excellent, with convenient access to various parts of the city.

Visually, the room appeared very clean; however, we found hair from previous guests on the bathroom and room floors. In the bathroom, an electric towel warmer would be very useful. Also, the duvet could be covered instead of being placed on the bed with just a bedspread and a duvet cover on top.

Everything was clean (bathroom, sheets, kitchen) apart from the floor. When I arrived it was full of filth and clearly had not been cleaned in a while. During my stay, nodoby passed to clean my room.

Cosy place to stary in Madrid for quite a cheap price, perfect for a base when sightseeing in Madrid (just near the Diego dr Leon metro station). Kitchen is suficiently equipped for making breakfasts and simple dinners, bathroom nie necesarily the preetiest, but functional and clean. Bed also very comfortable. Lasy but not least, VERY helpful and friendly personel :). Overall, great place for a convenient price.

The neighbourhood might be a little quieter one (2am garbate collection), also a slight problem with AC pouring water in the closet and generalny not beeing very effective.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms are clean and really nicely decorated. The facilities inside the apartments are excellent with the little kitchenette. Excellent connection to the metro and there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Very friendly staff. Look forward to returning again.

Unfortunately there were some very noisy people out in the street in the night, however, this is nothing to do with the hotel.

PERFECT accommodation for a quick trip to Madrid. Our room was not even a room, it was the whole corner part of the building, it felt like it was a suite actually. It was spacious, nice and clean, close to everything, there was a metro station and shops around the area. Multiple toiletries, there was a bidet as well. The bed was really comfortable! Not too soft and not too hard, two pillows, which is always nice and a huge blanket for both of us. In the kitchen there was everything, nice equipment, although we did not use it. There was clean sponge put out. All in all, very very happy with the place.

There is a 100 € deposit of which we did not know before hand, but everything went smoothly, we received the money the next day we left. It just came as a surprise. There was a very small space for the shower to get to because of the toilet and the bidet. ALso, the other guests next to our room were SUPER noisy till 5 am, which was very disturbing.

it was a bit chilly, i tried to turn on heating but it seemed not working. missing cutting knife in kitchen but small knifes are sharp too. deposit of 100€ which i am still waiting to be returned (they said it’d be yesterday)
