It was a comfortable stay, the beds and sofa were comfortable too, clean and spacious bathroom. The pool was nice. Staff was profesional, friendly, service was fast.

All staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, beds very comfortable and the shower was very good. Although away from the centre, the bus ride into the centre cost 1.5 Eu and the ride was interesting. External noise insulation was excellent. Restaurant meals highlighted local specialties and were very good. The choice of food at the breakfast buffet was amazing!

We were puzzled by the fact that the hotel was a combined Novotel and Ibis and wondered what the Ibis rooms were like. We found the price of the room expensive, especially as it was very plain and not particularly spacious or well appointed, but perhaps this is average for Madrid. Or room overlooked the extensive air conditioning system. Curtains were very thin, seemingly not fire safety curtains, and did not block out the light.

This hotel doesn't disappoint you whether you are a business person or a family. Its perfect location halfway between the airport and the city center makes it a very pleasant place. It is located in a residential area with peace and quiet, so it isn't like a downtown hustle and bustle. There is a main road running past, but noise insulation is very good. The staff were super friendly and respectful, check-in was less than a minute, and the room was awesome. There was cleanliness and peace all over the hotel. It is very sophisticated. The beds are very comfortable with firmness and different types of pillows, whether tou like soft or hard. There is a large laptop safe as well as ample space for luggage and clothing. The bathroom is well-equipped with hairdryer and shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was wonderful, with a wide selection of foods, including soy and oat milks, for those who are vegan and vegetarian. There were many different types of herb teas, coffee and hot chocolate, as well as lots of fruit and bakery besides the main dishes of fresh bacon and sausages. Getting to this hotel takes only 10-12 minutes from the airport by taxi. To get to the city center from the hotel, there is the bus stop right outside the hotel on the road (1 min walk), number 53, which takes you to main points of downtown. Other options are local taxis or Bolt for instance. Great experience altogether.

The breakfast was standard, as in all hotels of this level. Also, there was a small selection of hot dishes. Friendly staff, always trying to help. The room was clean. The area is quiet, within walking distance of the bus to the center, which runs frequently.

Despite the friendly staff, one woman was rude, but I only ran into her once. Also, I did not like that even regular water for tea and coffee in the room is not free (although this is quite a free option), so you will either have to look for a store nearby or just buy it from the minibar. I didn't find any grocery stores nearby, but I didn't try to look, it's better to ask at the hotel.

Second time here but different experience. First time we had a room with a well-running air-condition, but the second time in another room it didn't work and was too hot at night even in early April. Maybe the heating was on centrally. Other than that, it is a lovely hotel with a great location - halfway between the airport and city center. Comfortable and peaceful rooms, lovely choice of breakfast and helpful staff. Definitely recommended.

A great hotel for family vacations. The two rooms, we booked, were connected inside by a door, which was perfect option for a family with 3 children. The room was warm, clean with daily housekeeping. A special “thanks” for the excellent buffet breakfast.

Everything was great. Mind that the city center is not within walking distance. However, the metro station is just 10 min walk from the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and exceptionally clean, providing a high level of comfort. The breakfast was great, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only drawback was the use of paper cups in the room. For a hotel of this level, I would have expected glass cups instead.

I chose the option to pay for the stay at checkout. On day two of our stay, we couldn't enter our room anymore, because the room cards were blocked automatically when the openstanding amount exceeds €700. Very frustrating, as it kept happening a few times afterwards, and we always needed to go back to the lobby to reactivate our room cards.

The quality for what you paid for was very good. Staff overall were very good and so were the bar tenders. Very easy check in and check out. Rooms had good air con and were comfortable. The variety at breakfast was very good and all freshly cooked.

Very minor things but some of the tiles had grout in the grooves and didn’t feel like it had a thorough clean, a couple of the surfaces were dusty. One of the staff members was a young lad who didn’t speak English and left us waiting for 45 minutes in the restaurant, maybe he didn’t feel comfortable around a language he didn’t speak but we still had a great meal when it came to us.

Very good breakfast, really. Special thanks to the breakfast manager. She had always managed to cope with some crowdy moments with a smile and an excellent professional attitude :0) The room was clean and spacious enough, with many sockets and a laptop table. Bus stop (53) to the very centre just around the corner. For sure next time I will consider this hotel again.
