Great hotel, rooms are very modern. We were welcomed by a very friendly host, who helped instantaneously. The hotel was very clean.

Hotel is a bit far out from the city center but you can Uber to the center for €10 one-way or use the bus which is a 2 minute walk. The pool area closes at 8 , in the Madrid heat it would be nice if it was open for longer. Also there is no rules in the pool area so it gets a bit stressful with kids jumping on top of you or diving into you while swimming. My kids got hurt a few times.

Very clean throughout hotel. Breakfast good variety. Beds comfortable. Location - quiet & close to metro - very easy to use. Close to supermarket & pharmacy.

Breakfast - hot food cold as soon as you put onto plate- especially beans I don’t think they’re cooked just put in warmer from tin. Breakfast- ran out of cutlery, plates, beans etc & had to ask 4 different staff to refill! This was really disappointing. Dirty plates not cleared so ended up stacked up. Eating around dirty tables- not very pleasant. Pool was shut even though it was 22 degrees out.

Great breakfast selection. The dining area was clean, modern, and attractive. The hostess was extremely friendly, which was a big bonus. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and pillows, and the location of the hotel was convenient to the airport. We dined in the restaurant one evening and the food was tasty. Our server was also lovely and gave us some good recommendations.

There isn't much to complain about. The only thing worth mentioning is that it's a bit of a hike by foot to the Madrid center attractions; however, public transportation is nearby, and there is adequate rideshare availability. The bathroom could use some additional lighting around the mirror due to the dark color scheme.

We loved our stay at the Ibis Styles Madrid City Las Ventas. The staff is super professional and very welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable even for 4. We didn't try the pool but it seemed very nice and the small gym is just perfect for a short training during your stay.. We walked to the closest metro station everyday-10 minutes - and that allowed us to enjoy our visit, discovering Madrid for the first time. We highly recommend this hotel !

Room was good, with enough space, coffee and tea set, good shower. Staff was friendly and the place was comfortable. Breakfast was good and had many items to choose from. Wifi was also very good.

Nothing too bad to say, I guess the vegetables at breakfast (lettuce, cucumber...) were kind of a poor quality for what I'm used to, but that might be Europe (or Spain) in general, and not something specific to this hotel, and breakfast had so many things that it didn't really matter.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were caring and sincere. Although we did not consume any food from the restaurant but from the ambience it genuinely felt that people liked the food

The location of the property is a bit far from the main attractions of Madrid. It will take around 15 minutes taxi ride to go to Retiro Park amd adjacent area. Also no facial tissues were provided during the stay.

Great location - quiet and easy to get to several parks and attractions with the bus from there. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Fantastic staff, everybody is super friendly and helpful. Beds/Pillows are very comfortable. Extraordinary breakfast.

Nothing but one thing to be aware of if you go to the hotel by taxi: This is the "ibis styles las ventas" but there is also an "ibis las ventas" in a different location. Please ensure you provide the exact details and repeat if necessary :-)

We arrived very early. Had planned to drop our bags and return in the afternoon to check in. A bad night’s sleep and bad weather caught us. The staff noted we were there and found us the first available room. Much appreciated.

Long holiday weekend in Spain. The hotel was packed with families. The weather was cold and wet. We would have liked to have eaten in the restaurant but needed to book. No one thought to let us know. This was a different arrangement just for the holiday as they were short of staff. The bar helped us. Good efficient staff got us good burgers.

Breakfast was much better than I expected. There were good enough choices for different tastes. Personally I love eggs and fresh vegetables and I was able to find everything needed, including a yummy Spanish omlette. Location was perfect for my purposes as I had meetings at one of the national institutions nearby and it took me less than 10 mins to walk. Public transportation is also very closeby the bus goes to the city centre. If you prefer to walk going to the centre, it is also easy on the way there (takes 30-40 mins), return is a bit uphill, but completely managable. Staff was very welcoming and responded quickly and professionally to all my inquiries.

The weather was stormy. so I could not benefit from the pool, but I save it for the next time!

Room size, toilette and wc in a room, 2 tv's, wifi, Nespresso machine in the room. Quiet and good for rest. Breakfast was great - great choice, refilled all the time. Room looks the same as on pictures. Baggage lock room. Loby area is nice.

It doesn't feel like you're in 4 star hotel. Room design and style are made in a way that it doesn't cost too much. Maid service was average or below average - personal staff were fully ignored in sense of at least put them in order. First day we didn't had sheets for our kids - maid brought it in the evening. Nespresso capsules without koffein is dominating as refill - all rhe time 3/4 capsules were those, so we bought our own. No indoor pool. Outdoor pool looks more like decoration. Staff was not very kind. No mini shelves in shower area. There was no space for personal higyene belongings.
