The hotel was very modern in particular the lounge area, pool table was fun and a nice plus, staff was lovely, appreciated breakfast and dinner served at the hotel (lovely breakfast variety too). Pool was lovely although it was a bit small, thorough cleaning services which includes towels for the pool. Everything was provided in Spanish and English also. Although check in was at 2pm, we were able to wait within the lounge for the check in time. The bus stop for going to central Madrid was conveniently a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

Pool was a bit small and was quick to get crowded at times. Part of the outdoor lounge that was pictured in the listing was closed off. We did find one silverfish in our bathroom so that is something to be aware of. When we checked in we were told going down for breakfast would cost around 16€ per person on the spot but when we went down we were charged 21.50€ per person on both occasions we had breakfast in the hotel. The gym was a bit small with very limited equipment but it can make do. Although the bus stop was nearby the hotel it would take around 40 minutes to get to central Madrid due to also having to take a metro along with the bus.

A great little find. A far better experience than your usual budget friendly hotel. The vibes were great and the location was handy. It’s not right in the centre, which makes it more affordable, but it’s close to the airport and the city centre is easily accessible via good transport links or Uber. Rooms are simple but very comfy, with appreciated extras such as beach towels (for the pool) as well as regular towels, a mini fridge pre-stocked with water, and a spacious shower with great water pressure. The pool and bar area is really lush, and the breakfast service is amazing. There’s also a gym (which I didn’t use but did check out, and it looked good). The whole place was very clean and well designed. The staff were all super helpful and very nice. All in all, a really great experience. Especially for a short work trip and for the price. I’d consider booking here again, for sure.

Comfy beds, modern nicely decorated rooms, cute pool area though the one day we were planning to use it it was closed due to some water level problem.

The 2 lifts took ages to arrive, better using the stairs. The worst was no reception area, just a few laptops on tables spread around with no signage and very confusing when you arrive and want to check in. Also nowhere to wait for taxis etc after check-out except in the bar since there's no reception...

Great hotel, rooms are very modern. We were welcomed by a very friendly host, who helped instantaneously. The hotel was very clean.

Hotel is a bit far out from the city center but you can Uber to the center for €10 one-way or use the bus which is a 2 minute walk. The pool area closes at 8 , in the Madrid heat it would be nice if it was open for longer. Also there is no rules in the pool area so it gets a bit stressful with kids jumping on top of you or diving into you while swimming. My kids got hurt a few times.

Very clean throughout hotel. Breakfast good variety. Beds comfortable. Location - quiet & close to metro - very easy to use. Close to supermarket & pharmacy.

Breakfast - hot food cold as soon as you put onto plate- especially beans I don’t think they’re cooked just put in warmer from tin. Breakfast- ran out of cutlery, plates, beans etc & had to ask 4 different staff to refill! This was really disappointing. Dirty plates not cleared so ended up stacked up. Eating around dirty tables- not very pleasant. Pool was shut even though it was 22 degrees out.

Location was good, as travel within Madrid on the metro is both cheap and easy and there are lots of metro stations within short walking distances. Overall a really pleasant place to stay. We chose not to use the breakfast facilities as we had a short stay and wanted to try different places in Madrid for our food. But again no criticism of the hotel. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful !

The pool is outdoor and it wasn't yet summer/warm enough to use but this was a very minor thing.

Great breakfast selection. The dining area was clean, modern, and attractive. The hostess was extremely friendly, which was a big bonus. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and pillows, and the location of the hotel was convenient to the airport. We dined in the restaurant one evening and the food was tasty. Our server was also lovely and gave us some good recommendations.

There isn't much to complain about. The only thing worth mentioning is that it's a bit of a hike by foot to the Madrid center attractions; however, public transportation is nearby, and there is adequate rideshare availability. The bathroom could use some additional lighting around the mirror due to the dark color scheme.

Breakfast was good, great choice of food. Overall the staff is very friendly The swimming pool and the common area are really nice! Line 7 10 minutes walk was perfect.

The elevators and floor would need to be revamped a bit. Downstairs everything looks great, the upper floors are a bit outdated.

Nice hotel. Good pool. Good location in terms of getting to and from the airport. Room was spacious and very clean.

We had one meal at the hotel which was disappointing. The staff were all very friendly except for one guy who worked behind the bar - who made you feel like you were bothering him every time we ordered something, which was a shame.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were caring and sincere. Although we did not consume any food from the restaurant but from the ambience it genuinely felt that people liked the food

The location of the property is a bit far from the main attractions of Madrid. It will take around 15 minutes taxi ride to go to Retiro Park amd adjacent area. Also no facial tissues were provided during the stay.
