Really clean and comfortable

The fact that you never get a key or a code in order to open the door, instead you need to have always the phone with you, even if you go to the toilet in the middle of the night, to open the room’s door through the email.

The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are quite thin and you can hear people coming into the other rooms. The auto check-in was easy to initiate, but once you had to use the e-mail, that was sent to you to open the doors, then came the stress. You have to be reallly fast to open both doors, because the internet connection is poor between them and you have to restart your mobile data. Also keep quiet so that you can hear the buzzing sound that lets you open the doors. If you keep calm, wait for a moment, things work out. Definitely book a room with a private bathroom. The auto check out was much easier. All in all, I liked it and would definitely stay in one of AYZ’s facilities again.

It was the first time I stayed at a hotel with automatic check-in and everything went smoothly. As long as you follow all the information in the email, the check-in and check-out works very well. For one night, the size of the room was fine. I even had a tiny balcony with a blind on the window.

As it is an auto check-in property there is a lot of movement. It's good to have earplugs with you as you can always hear someone coming and going in the hallway throughout the night. I also would have liked a mirror in the room to get ready when the bathroom is occupied.

It was possible to park a car near the hotel without problems. We stayed for only one night and it's perfect for such a short stay Even though the negative points seem long I still recommend this place

The lift was not available, so keep in mind that you need to carry you luggage upstairs. Also, if the battery of your phone dies you might have problems getting to the hotel as the doors open through the button in the email. The noise in the hall started at 9 o'clock ( the cleaning lady and the man started painting the walls🤷), so this might create you some inconvenience.

The room was fine, so were the facilities, clean and value for money in this area. I also liked that they provided a water bubbler in the foyer.

I didn't like that the process for checkin was not made clear on the booking.com website. It was necessary to check in prior to arrival, leave a credit card in case of damage (that is fine) and then the access to the room is all online. This points to the fact that this is very industrial airbnb type group that employs few people. Also on two ocassions we had difficulty getting the online access to the building and room to work - it relies on your mobile data being available. Another issue was the fact that the bottom sheet did not fit the bed and kept slipping off all night.

Great value for money, shared bathroom is the only issue but that has no relevance here as you know what you are booking. Very clean and close to the metro and the airport I will use it again definitely.

Maybe the matters only, but definitely worth the money paid so it is really fine for a hostel type of accommodation. Very responsive staff as well.

Good location, easy access to the building and facilities, modern online way to check-in / out and entering the building and room via app. Free water from the water fountain that also has boiling water. Cleanness, facilities and nice bathroom.

The lights on the corridor were on almost the entire time, even if it is set as an automatic light. The reflection on the room due to these lights was really high. The mattress cover wasn't that comfortable, a little warm and a little hard to sleep on it.

Really clean, spacious room. Even though you have to share a bathroom, it still feels private as it’s only shared between 3 different rooms.

Contactless check-in, while a clever concept being able to access the building and your room by phone, is only good as long as your phone has enough battery and you can get mobile data, otherwise you’re stuck. I think it would be better if it was an option as well as having a physical room key. One of the lights has motion sensors and turns on randomly.

The room was very good. The chambermaid that gave us the iron was very kind to us. She made us smile 😃

I didn't like that the air conditioner didn't keep the same temperature. It went off at some time and it was kind of hard to turn it on from the thermostat on the wall. But in the end it wasn't a big deal.😉

Comfy double bed with two pillows, not one long one. Bin in main room, not just in bathroom. Large, hot, powerful shower. Easy to reach and find from airport. Quiet, residential area but there are a couple of bars nearby. Between 2 Metro lines. Auto check in worked fine. Loads of sockets.

No full length mirror. No telly, if you're bothered about that. Building work going on very close by. Room quite impersonal, not much character.
