Pinar Plaza was the perfect spot for my last night in Madrid before returning home (about a 12-15min taxi to the Madrid airport depending on traffic). The facilities were modern, clean and overall had a very nice look. Staff were very hospitable as well and the included breakfast spread was fantastic! It seems to be in more of a residential area so it was quiet but still had a handful of places to eat as well as a supermarket right nearby. My only regret is that I didn't spend more time here!

The nearest metro stop is about a 10min walk and the hotel is not near the city center so it may not be the ideal place to stay if you want quick access to that area.

Very clean and comfortable! Staff is overall very friendly. Also, the hotel restaurant has really delicious food.

We’ve stayed for more than a week and when we asked if it would be possible to do late check out the immediate answer was: “it will be 20€ each extra hour”. This shows that there was availability but they wanted to make some extra money instead of rewarding the customer.

Such friendly staff…. a true tonic. The Hotel Pinar Plaza was just 15 minutes from the airport and conveniently positioned for my business connections around Madrid. The room was great… very comfortable, clean and a lovely modern design with a super shower and bathroom. Good room facilities and a clever safe integrated into the cabinet drawer. Ample storage. The bar area in reception was welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as a solo businesswoman… I felt very safe. Thank you Hotel Pinar Plaza 🙏🏻

Comfy bed amazing actually, lush pillows Lovely room decor Bathroom area very practical Good facilites - bathroom products, iron, office areas I really liked the decoration and style of the hotel - especially the reception area The gym was excellent and the rooftop pool was AMAZING - a real selling point escoecially in the summer I imagine!

Airconditioning was very bad especially on the last night The bedroom chiar was very uncomfortable The shower was defective and i had to get the hotel to fix it - one button not working properly

Everything is new and spotless clean. The staff in the restaurant/bar are very friendly and it’s beautifully decorated. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, large and clean bathroom with good products.

Housekeeping knocked and entered my room despite having the do not disturb sign on my door. Super annoying. I flagged this with the Reception desk.

Hotel well designed and comfortable. Easy parking. Good facilities. Internet good. Bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet residencial area, with supermarkets and other services just around the corner.

Restaurant could serve a bit more selection for single people, most dishes are designed to be shared. Bit confusing about how the climatization in the room works. What was unpleasant was the extra charge (20€) of late check-out only for about 30 minutes while having a meeting with drinks at the bar of the hotel.

The room was really good and it was easy to find a place to park our car in the street and use public transportation to go to tourist places.

During breakfast when many people were there, they took a long time to replace the food, and there was water and juice spilled on the floor causing a mess and dirt throughout the place and no one cleaned it up

The hotel was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The interior created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Great place, swimming pool seems fantastic even though we could not use it. Breakfast was very good and the room has a great size for such big city. Bed was great. It is 15 minutes drive away from Barajas airport and an excellent choice to stay overnight.

The neighbourhood has some nice restaurants within walking distance but it is missing very good options. Of course I knew this when I booked the hotel.

Everything was great. It was my mistake to have a dinner at Pinar Plaza only the last day of my stay - the beef was incredible. Special thanks to Vanessa - the most energized and the most positive staff member (all staff are energized and positive, but she is the most), hope next time to see her in new role in the hotel and wish her all the best in her career.
