The hotel is very clean both at the reception area, lift, restaurant, hallways and room. Also the pool is always clean. I have particularly enjoyed that the ladies managing the pool are always very nice and friendly, which makes it nice to go there. Behind the hotel, before the pool, there is a garden-like terrace where you may take the lunch/dinner or your coffee, which is very nice especially during the warm summer days in Madrid. The food is quite ok, especially the breakfast makes for the money asked.

Everthing was mostly ok, I would only note two not so better points: - Location of the hotel: is outside the main Madrid area, you kind of need a car to go into the city and you are next to the Madrid exit highway (or you may call for a taxi, which might take time to arrive). There is a bus available, but it is not part of the main Madrid area and you pay separately for it, not possible to use the Madrid bus-metro card. - At the breakfast there were almost no vegetables, this is the only missing point cause otherwise the breakfast was good.

Everything was cozy, clean and comfortable. Hotel members were kind.

It was difficult for Bolt/Uber taxi services to arrive, for some reason the location pin was in the street behind the Hotel, and we had two or three taxis arrive there, and then realise we had to turn around and get in the main road and main/only entrance to the Hotel. Normal Taxi services called from the Hotel worked like a charm but its more expensive of course.

The hotel has a really great atmosphere and a nice and clean aesthetic with great and friendly staff that always helped us with questions like parking for people with disability. We really liked the pool but the water was very cold but that is a Madrid thing. The rooms were exactly what the website said and very comfortable mattresses. And it was the first time in a long time that our rooms were together. That was super nice!

They didn't have the rooms ready by the official check-in time but they were friendly enough about it and we just hung out at the bar which we really liked. We went for a staycation but the location won't be great if it's for tourism.

The staff behavior was very nice as well as the ambiance of the hotel including the Rooms, Swimming Pool, Garden, and dining area was amazing. It was a good time that we spent there.

There was nothing major that we didn't like. There was minor issues in rooms AC but the staff fixed it quickly and offered another room as well which was quite impressive.

Great hotel! However, during check-in, while we were in the hotel lobby surrounded by people, a man dressed in black quickly ran up, grabbed all the backpacks from our children (aged 7 and 4) while the parents were distracted with the registration, and ran away. As compensation, the hotel waived the parking fee. Thank you!

Security raises concerns!

The design is beautiful, the room is comfortable, very nice hotel that I would def stay again on my next trip to spain. Staff was patiant, helpful, nice and welcoming! the helped us book a taxi and in the early morning we left they even made us coffee for the road. So sweet!!

Everything was excellent, I wish the room had a coffee machine but it's not like they said it does and it didnt... all good!

The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. The food is really good and definitely worth its price. Manuel was super helpful and great, and took amazing care of us every time we went for dinner or even just for a drink. Sergio was also extra nice and helpful. The reception staff are also very friendly as well as the lifeguard! Everyone in the hotel is super nice!! The pool is amazing too and in general the stay at the hotel was really pleasant. I would definitely stay there again. 😆

Disabled room was probably the best hotel room I have ever experienced in Spain. Well done. Room to turn in the wheelchair. Everything is at accessible height.

If I was being very picky, I would say that I struggled a little tit to reach breakfast items, BUT the staff jumped right in and asked what they could pass me, so it was not a real problem.

The property is very clean . When we go in the hotel we got amazed because in the lobby it was very ellegant . The staff/reception was very hospitable and they give us tips about the transport from their hotel and that we should download uber cuz it’s cheeper, they also allow us to leave our car after we check out cuz we room around in the city before we drived again. The breakfast was very very good or well say it was excellent.

Their keys for the room. It’s only 1 key can open the door . We would recomment that both key should work to open the door

We had to stay close to the hospital. Everything was comfortable, very good price-quality ratio, last minute checkin was super smooth, walking distance from the hospital and parking included for a low rate.

No food at all after a certain time. We had to stay at the hospital till late due to tragic reasons and didn't had time to organise any food, also the hospital facilities were closed, which was weird. When we arrived to the hotel we could only have chips. It would be great to have more flexibility or food options at unusual times, since many guests are there because of hospital visits.
