The room and bed was very comfortable and both the room and the bathroom were very clean. The AC worked well. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the stay (for example, I mentioned to the front desk staff there was no bar soap in my room, and the housekeeping staff delivered it within 15 minutes and then checked to see if I was missing anything else). The breakfast was decent. It does not take too long to walk to the train station nearby. The restaurant and meeting space looked nice although I did not visit either.

The hotel itself is far from the centre of Madrid and it took about half an hour to get there (both by car and by public transit), so it might not be the best option if you want to do a lot of sightseeing and have the option to go back to your hotel during the day. There are also not too many shops around as it is mostly an industrial area (tip: the Mercadona a few minutes walk from the hotel has fresh and prepared food, as well as a microwave). There is some uphill/downhill on the way to the train so that might not be accessible for some people.

The sheets are clean and they get changed daily. The chambermaids did a great job sanitising the room daily. The front desk officers were very pleasant and helpful.

The room was relatively small for the sum paid per night. Little or no amenities except for a cafeteria and a restaurant. Property is also far off from old City centre, although it is near to IE Tower where I was attending a conference during my stay there.

great location in the outskirts of town with plenty of free parking spots (highly recommend renting a car in Madrid. Hotel is old but well maintained, affordable with comfy and clean rooms. Breakfast is simple but decent. Last day of my stay there was some awful construction work and hotel was nice enough to not make me pay for my mini bar as a token of appreciation of my patience.

Basically, the location, the place is about 15 minutes walking to the subway. I would suggest the hotel should be more active in informing the clients the different alternative to use public transportation

Staff was always very welcoming and eager to help.

The hotel doesn't have restaurants other than one cafeteria where the choice of food is very limited. People are converting vegetarians, and veg food options were not there other than Margherita pizza and french fries.

Free Taxi to Plaza Castilla, from where you can take metro line 10 into to city center. Good breakfast and nice room. Free parking on the street near the hotel.

Nearest metro station for line 10 (Fuencarral), is located in a 10-15 min walk from the hotel.

The location was perfect for us, as it is close to the IE campus and walking distance to the university. In case you want to explore Madrid city center, you can also use public transport that will take you up to 25 minutes.

The bed was amazing, very comfortable. The staff was kind and welcoming.

It seems that the hotel could use a bit of a touch-up or renovation. I also noticed that the breakfast buffet is very modest and decided to have breakfasts elsewhere.
