everything was perfect. The night shift receptionists were very polite and professional also day time staff, the bed was comfort and the room very clean and soundproofing. Breakfast was the best, a varied menu for all tastes and high professionalism in meeting all desires by the workers and cleanliness that reflects the positive direction of the management team to provide the best service to the clients. the location was very convenient to me as it was open to all directions (I traveled by car but i believe its linked very well with public transports ), parking spaces are all around the neighbourhood, free and secured. I will defenitely comeback everytime I visist Madrid, Occidental castella norte is my new home for sure Saludos a todo el equipo ! un 10/10 bien merecido

Everything except would have liked a kettle in the room to make my afternoon mint tea and would have loved a swimming pool. I loved having the bath too.

That you don’t have a kettle in the room nor a swimming pool. It would be good if you had washing and drying facilities for people who finish bus tours here.

* The breakfast buffet was only available on the first day; otherwise, everything had to be ordered from the kitchen due to the low number of guests at the hotel. * The fridge was empty, and there were no drinks, tea, coffee, or water in the room. We had to order them, and they were limited if you wanted them for free

Location. It’s located midway up a relatively steep incline. I spent much of my time walking and when taking on the steep incline at the end of a hot summer day was not impossible for this 71 y/o but it was a challenge.

Excellent hotel - very clean and with a good breakfast. And most importantly - breakfast until 11:30, that is, you can sleep in the morning!

We were confused by only one problem - every 15 minutes Wi-Fi drops out and asks to reconnect. We did not have time to complain about this to the hotel administration when we left. Therefore, I am writing here: Please, PLEASE, increase this period to at least 1 hour! Otherwise it is impossible to hold meetings online!

The accommodation was close to public transport with a bus right out front that took you into the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of great reccomendations for sight seeing and how to get around. We were also lucky enough to be the VIP guests of the day and got 2 delicious cookies and some drink vouchers for the hotel bar. The breakfast at the hotel was 10/10! The bed was large and very comfortable. Great place to stay and will definitely reccomend!

Only thing of note is that the free drink tokens for the bar were misleading. The tokens have a picture of a cocktail on them, but only water or soft drink can be redeemed. Everything else was fantastic.

Breakfast was excellent. The choice and the quality was very good. The room was very comfortable. The location for my work could not have been better.

I didn't like the distance to the centre of Madrid - at least 30 minutes by taxi. The restaurant, in the evening, was ok but very impressive. The hotel is in a business district that doesn't offer much in the way of restaurants so you would have thought that it was a great opportu ity to make it a destination eating place.

Well, I specifically chose the location for ease of access to the Visa centre. The reception staff were very attentive. The room was very warm so a quick call reduced the heat.

All good with us.

Modern, clean hotel. Not too much. Just right.

The location is good if you have business to do in the quarter. But if you want to visit Madrid, then it is too far away.

Everything. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was bright, modern, clean, quiet, everything worked and a hand held clothes steamer came in very useful. The breakfast was ample, varied, with hot and cold choices, freshly squeezed OJ, good coffee, lunch was a good value, tasty menu del dia and dinner had a varied menu of pastas, pizzas, burger, salads, etc. The taxi request service was speedy.

The location wasn’t wonderful, but we chose it due to its nearness to Chamartin train station
