Newly renovated flat in the ground floor, perfect for visiting Madrid, family friendly, well equipped and clean. Close to a metro station Penagrande. The host was very friendly and responded immediately. An early check-in and late check-out was not a problem. We had a nice stay and would come again!

Late check-in of 1600hrs, tiny bathroom space with intruding heater on which I scratched my body, broken light over the lounge should be replaced

The well kept furniture and modern home decoration gives it a comfy, warm feeling. Great location with a Mall next to it including a supermarket. Great place and nice neighborhood.

We a had a problem with the water due to some construction in the butcher shop but the owner help us solve it quickly next morning and provided water gallons for us to use in the meantime. Adding a washing machine will complete the apartment.

Really spotless well equipped comfortable apartment. It was in the suburbs away from the tourist areas but the metro was minutes walk away and was easy to get to the centre. Good local amenities with all manner of shops. I would definitely return
