Friendly and efficient staff. Good location a few minutes walking from Tetuan metro station. On a quiet street. Good air conditioning but slightly noisy. A few blocks from an excellent Carrefour Supermarket on the corner of Huesca and Orense.

No coffee in room. Small TV.

The bed was big for just one person and very comfortable. Separate bathroom with plenty of room to walk around. The room came with a decent-sized TV, fridge, desk, and extra closet room. I was greeted with a smile and given proper directions to a place to eat and places to see in the area. The WiFi maintained a good connection, even during times I required video conferences. The AC was in good working order, during one of the hottest days in Madrid.

The stuff is very nice, they kept our luggages after we checked-out. The breakfast was very diversificated, we had a lot of options. It is a really typical spanish breakfast, we also had rosca de reyes since it was reyes magos festivity. The room was nice, we had an AC what we used as a heater. You have a metro station at 8 min walk and it goes directly to the city center.

The hotel is clean, has good air conditioning, a 24h front desk and a decent breakfast.

The single room was a little small, but not uncomfortable. They could do with an ironing board.

I always stay here when I come to Madrid, good price, good service and close to the Metro.

Good location and great value for money compared to many other hotels in Madrid. Hotel is close to public transport and walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarket & shops. Basic decoration but clean and confortable rooms with good shower, wi-fi & desk. Staff is friendly & welcoming. Option to include buffet breakfast at a reasonable price.

Could not open window as it was broken but not a major issue as there was air conditioning.

Room has enough size for a single visitor. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good enough to taste traditional food and time to have breakfast was fair. This is a value performance hotel. Thanks.

Its was a very comfortable room and clean. Very near to bus stop and metro station, you could easily go to centre or anywhere in madrid. The staff was very friendly. I would like to go again there.

Sometime you hear noise from the other rooms, such as someone closes the door or flush the toilet, specially at night

The room was nice and clean with all necessities provided. The breakfast had variety of options considering all dietry restrictions. The bed was also very comfortable and the staff was very polite.

This hotel was very clean. The staff are very kind. They give me for free the meeting room and tge food was nice. BELEN is a very good manager and she will help you any any possibilities.
