The mattress and the pillow were the most comfortable I have ever had. I slept so good. It was very clean. It is near the Santiago Bernabéu airport.

It was a little hard to find. Location is not bad, but still not very near the main part of the city. But it is good for the money you pay. The receptionist didn’t speak a word of English and we couldn’t communicate at all, which I find not good at all considering it’s Madrid (touristic spot). When I called to ask how to enter, he just kept saying that he doesn’t speak English. Luckily, I had internet and I could use my translator. It says that it’s soundproof but you can literally hear someone pass by your door or talk in the hallway.

Great location near Cuatro Caminos - public transport, shops and food and drink options nearby. An old school Spanish hostal, a bit dated but in good order and very clean. Just what I needed for a passing through one night stay. Quiet, good blinds and comfortable bed.

The card payment machine didn't work but we found a solution paying by Bizum, thanks to another guest helping the desk guy. Some Japanese guests had it a bit more complicated, not helped by limited English on both sides. I speak Spanish,, so, no problem. Not a major problem.

I didn't know what to expect. The bed was super comfortable double. (expected a single) the room although small---about 10 x 12, had everything I needed. Desk, lamp, air conditioning (central--no control in the room) a french balcony, and a spotless, small bathroom. They issue you a bathtowel and facetowel. I travel light, so no problem for me. A suitable armwwoire for my clothes was fine. Front desk and owner were very nice, although my Spanish is not very good. It was a tremendous value. When I go back to Madrid, I will stay there again.

I would have liked to be able to control my own AC, but I liked everything about it.

Clean room, exactly like in the pictures. Comfortable mattress. Great location next to two metro stations. Two supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. I would stay here again.

One staff member did not speak English, but we figured out a way to communicate.

Very quiet rooms though in a busy area. Close to transport and many businesses ( cafes, shops, pharmacies) at hand. Lots of good water pressure and hot water in the shower.

Perhaps an additional lamp in room for better lighting

it is exactly what you expected for the price and from the explanation in booking com. excellent value for money, if you want to stay basic in Madrid, but to enjoy Wi-Fi, private bathroom, nice bed and great view from the window. No surprises, although the staff does not speak English they were very nice, helpful and my stay was very pleasant there.

As I have told you the Receptionists were very helpful. On the other hand I do have to inform that the hotel's situation was very good; very close to Cuatro Caminos.

The room was a little one. Of course clean!

The "employees" were very friendly. The location of the Hotel is almost perfect.

No access for customers with walking problems.

It was near the metro. Clean room and very good hospitable receptionist. Good check out time. Heater is available in winters. Great view from room with balcony.

The hotel was in building so you need to ring the bell to open the door.

Room & bathroom very clean, easy to find and located right in the heart of the neighbourhood with Metro stations only a minute walk away.
