Great apartment for a short visit to Madrid. Only a few minutes walk to metro and bus stops. Clean apartment. Contained all the facilities we needed. Really quiet at night too. Great to have a luggage storage option too as we had a late flight. We got sent a slightly incorrect key code (lost likey a small cut & paste error) but the phone number provided was answered quickly and they gave the correct number immediately so that was really helpful! Would definitely recommend.

It's located near a metro station, groceries and coffee shops. There's also a park nearby and it was a pleasure to visit it in the evenings. The apt was well equiped, had everything we needed and the terrace was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, and the double bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom/shower didn't have a vent, so moisture and smell would go to the bedroom. The bathroom sink is also not separated from the bedroom itself, which is not too big of a deal. There is a stadium nearby, one of the evenings there was a game and it was loud for a couple of hours, but if you're not sensitive to noise - you wouldn't even notice.

The Feelathome Waldorf apartment we stayed in was well located for easy access to many downtown locations in Madrid with an easy 10-15 Metro ride! There were also many places to eat just around the corner from the apartment. The small kitchenette was perfect for lazy mornings we wanted to hang out around the apartment and make our own breakfasts. The staff was very responsive with our MANY questions!

The parking was different for us, and while we figured it out it was a tight squeeze on first attempt! Overall it wasn’t a big deal but be prepared if you park on site it is a lift that takes you to your parking spot and some tight turns to get parked :)

The bed was super comfy, and the area was away from the main centre, so it was nice and quiet. Central Madrid is a lovely 20 minute walk, and you pass by loads of good cafes and tourist shops along the way. Carol, the property owner, was really helpful and responsive with our questions, and we could even leave our backpacks securely in a locker for 1 euro for the final day after checking out, which we were really grateful for. If the apartment had just a splash of colour to it, it really woul fee like a home from home. Overall, this was a thoroughly good place to stay, and will definitely stay here again if I revisit Madrid.

I think I may have missed an email with the external door codes, so initially it took a little time to gain access - but a quick call to the property meant it was dealt with in less than 5 minutes, which was fantastic.

A chic apartment in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hub of the centre of Madrid. The apartment was not only spacious, clean and modern, but perfect for our 5 night stay and to unwind. The closest metro station is just a short walk away which took us to all the popular tourist attractions. A special thank you to the hosts for the pleasant surprise of champagne, chocolates and balloons for my birthday upon arrival.

The water pressure in the shower was quite weak, but after a long day of walking and exploring the sights, having a hot shower in a large, clean and renovated bathroom was more important.

We were in one bedroom apartment 4A. Enjoyed the comfort of space for the two of us without getting in each other's way, best bed and pillows of our 6 week Europe trip. Nice bright well lit rooms with option to shut it out. Happy with aircon control but also ability to open a window if needed. Handy groceries less then 100 metres away. Adequate kitchen set up for minor meals when we didn't feel like eating out during our 5 day stay. Nearby Canal metro took us easily to and from all the attractions we wanted to see in the city. Staff on What's App during office hours were responsive and helpful. Liked the security of code access 2 front gates. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, comfy, and elegant apartment, Very comfortable beds. Easy to move around the city. Quiet place to rest after a long walking day. The kitchen had everything you needed.

The water from the shower splashed all over the bathroom, it flooded a little and it was difficult to drain it. I felt disappointed not to get a hair conditioner as an amenity. When I asked for it they answered they did not provide it. On short trips when you fly with only hand baggage, it is not easy to bring and expensive to buy one bottle. It felt not right only to get "Sorry, we don´t provide hair conditioner" as an answer.

Everything! A clean and quiet neighbourhood, with shops nearby. Very close to a lot of public transport. The building in itself is really premium. The apartament was amazing. The bed ultra comfortable and very well isolated from sounds of the street. The kitchen has everything you need. The host was super great, a lovely communicator, always helpful. We were so thankful for being able to check in early.

Honestly, only one thing can be improved - the pressure of the water in the shower and sink.

This is probably the most ideal apartment for any kind of stay, for any kind of city. We had the rooftop apartment, and it was stunning. The view, the location, the comfort, everything is great! You can add some shade and make the rooftop the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner. Groceries are close by, we used also the rentable scooters to get around town, because the location is great. It is just at the right spot where everything is beautiful around, but not noisy even during events like parades, etc. The a/c is perfect. It does not annoy you during the night if set correctly. The beds are like sleeping in clouds. I am quite the gym bunny, and am sensitive to a weak mattress, but these are the perfect balance between ideal mattress and soft pillows, with enough pillows to adjust everything to your ideal density. I loved staying there!

On the first night the blinds in the bedroom did not close, but that was fixed by a mechanic. It took some time away to get this sorted out, we were surprised we were the first to complain.

Our overall stay exceeded our expectation, it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was equipped with everything needed to prepare your own meals and enjoy them around a wonderful dining table. We arrived in the evening, and there was no one to greet us initially. However, with just one phone call, we were connected to a receptionist for the Feelathome Apartments, who provided excellent guidance. They clearly explained the keycodes and directed us to where we could find our key cards, making the process simple and pleasant.
