The location is perfect - in a good area, not far from the center, very close to everything like good restaurants, big mall/shopping cernter and Madrid's main attractions. It is also well connected to the city's public transportation. The concept is excellent - a fully equipped and spacious shared kitchen. There was also practically no hassle in entering/checking in the property (all digital).

The sound proofing was a bit bad, walls are thin and you can hear sounds/noises from the neighbours. Also, there was drilling during daytime in the upper floors but I guess this was bad timing.

The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped, and the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked with everything you might need. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free thanks to the PIN code system — no need to arrange key pick-up or return. There are several fast food places, an Aldi, and a metro station just a short walk away.

The only drawback is that the apartment is about an hour's walk from the city center, but the nearby metro connection more than compensates for that.

Easy access any time of the day, plenty of restaurants and shops. Within 8 minute walk from metro stations which was super convenient, also 24/7 supermarket nearby. Kind of kitchen available for guests although we didn't use it. Mini fridge in the room, comfortable mattress and general cleanliness on highest level

"View" from the window was really depressing - a wall around just in front of the window, approx. 2m from the window. Since it was quite "deep" in the building it was even impossible to determine what's the weather outside. Because of that also poor ventilation through the window. Air conditioning has a timer set to 2 hours, after that it has to be turned on again, that combined with aircon units outside (so loud if you open window) is quite annoying. Not recommend for staying there overnight during hot periods.

The place was great, friendly atmosphere and staff. The room was also very comfortable and clean and i liked the fact that i could do the check in and check out on my own. We had everything we needed. I appreciated the earplugs too for people who are more sensitive with sounds during their sleep. Overall, i would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a clean place, nice surroundings and bus/ metro stations.

The room was very clean and there was enough space for my wife and I. We could even have Netflix for free. The bathroom was big comparing it with the room and there was soap and shampoo separately. The common area which includes the kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals and breakfast.

If you are in a flat on the outside, like us, you may suffer from traffic noise as the flats are located on the first floor overlooking a fairly busy street during the day. At night the street is quiet. There were ear protectors for those bothered by car noise.

The location was excellent, very close to Cuatro Caminos, with great restaurants within just "spit range", I would say almost literally. The attention of our host, Gonzalo, was always timely and supportive. The room is new, very clean and comfortable, with AC and fan, TV, and there is a large isle as a kitchen, shared across all rooms including all appliances.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps I would suggest to provide tea bags in addition to coffee, as an improvement :)

Cleanliness and amenities were good for the price point of this shared living space. The common area kitchen was well organized. The room was quiet, but perhaps that was due to a mid-week stay in the low season.

Towel bars in the bathroom would have been useful. I don’t know why 80% of hotels and hospitality rooms don’t install bath towels. Admittedly a minor complaint, but it’s annoying there isn’t a place to hang towels.

Moderate price, good location

The room was smaller than appears in the photos, but the bathroom was really tiny, hardly more than 1x1 m. No soundproofing, even the sound of the fridge in the neighboring room could be heard clearly, every entry to the shared area as well. A poor coffee machine in the shared area. The utensils in the shared kitchen area were very limited, e.g. no wine glasses.

We found everything we needed in the shared kitchen. It was great that there was a water dispenser. The room was nice, cozy and clean. We also appreciate the coffee capsules. Earplugs were provided to reduce infiltrating noises. The central parts of Madrid can be easily reached with a 20-minute metro ride from the nearby metro station. Perfect accommodation to get to know Madrid and travel to nearby cities such as Toledo.

Room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary items to rest. Though the aircon/heater turns off every 4hrs to save energy, but it was sufficient. Common area was clean and tidy with seating area, stove, charging points, washing machine and dryer. Good for friends to gather before going out.

Would be good if they had 1 more chair in the room but otherwise perfect!
