Room was very clean, spacious, well located in a really nice neighbourhood and close to transport, shops and restaurants. The host was always responsive and getting in was easy using codes. Room had a mini fridge, desk and a very good rain shower. There was a well equipped kitchen for heating and eating food if you wish and there was even free water. We will definitely recommend and we will consider staying there ourselves in the future. There are even luggage storage facilities round the corner which the host can organise at a minimal cost.

The bed, whilst very comfortable for my bad back, could have been a bit bigger.

The property is about 12 minutes away from the metro (Nuevos Ministerios), really useful if you are travelling to or from the airport. There are many shops and restaurants in the area, and the neighbourhood is very safe. The room is well furnished, with all the amenities you could need for a short stay. The common room (which has a hob, dishwasher, washing machine etc) is also well furnished. There is in-room AC which is powerful but quiet, really helpful on when we stayed there (the outside temp was 39C). The airport is also easy to reach by car (middle of the night taxi took us to the airport in about 15 mins).

The only thing that we really did not like was the soundproofing of the room. The property is generally a large flat which was converted to single-use rooms with en-suites, with plasterboard partitions between rooms. You could easily hear people speaking on the phone in the room next to ours, which makes it very difficult to sleep at times. It would've been really great if a bit more would have been spent on noise insulation.

The location is perfect - in a good area, not far from the center, very close to everything like good restaurants, big mall/shopping cernter and Madrid's main attractions. It is also well connected to the city's public transportation. The concept is excellent - a fully equipped and spacious shared kitchen. There was also practically no hassle in entering/checking in the property (all digital).

The sound proofing was a bit bad, walls are thin and you can hear sounds/noises from the neighbours. Also, there was drilling during daytime in the upper floors but I guess this was bad timing.

The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped, and the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked with everything you might need. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free thanks to the PIN code system — no need to arrange key pick-up or return. There are several fast food places, an Aldi, and a metro station just a short walk away.

The only drawback is that the apartment is about an hour's walk from the city center, but the nearby metro connection more than compensates for that.

Excellent information on how to self check-in, and follow up by the team as well. The apartments are very near to Nuevo Ministerios, a major metro station, so that you really get to anywhere you need. Very adequate room, shared kitchen facilities which I didn't have the opportunity to try out as I arrived late and needed to go early the following morning. Clean, comfy and modern.

It would have been a 10 but the bathroom was quite small, if you are average height and not too fat all is good, but a taller and lumpier person would struggle.

Excellent location, love the neighborhood

The bed was kind of small, there is no window at the bathroom and there wasn’t an exhaust fan so the air of the bathroom didn’t circulate much. The air conditioning is set to turn off every 4 hours, but we had problem with the air conditioning at the first night because it instead of turning off every four hours it was turning off every 10 minutes, on the other day after contacting the administration they sent a technical to fix it for us promptly.

Easy access any time of the day, plenty of restaurants and shops. Within 8 minute walk from metro stations which was super convenient, also 24/7 supermarket nearby. Kind of kitchen available for guests although we didn't use it. Mini fridge in the room, comfortable mattress and general cleanliness on highest level

"View" from the window was really depressing - a wall around just in front of the window, approx. 2m from the window. Since it was quite "deep" in the building it was even impossible to determine what's the weather outside. Because of that also poor ventilation through the window. Air conditioning has a timer set to 2 hours, after that it has to be turned on again, that combined with aircon units outside (so loud if you open window) is quite annoying. Not recommend for staying there overnight during hot periods.

The place was great, friendly atmosphere and staff. The room was also very comfortable and clean and i liked the fact that i could do the check in and check out on my own. We had everything we needed. I appreciated the earplugs too for people who are more sensitive with sounds during their sleep. Overall, i would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a clean place, nice surroundings and bus/ metro stations.

Very clean space, and a plus for offering a daily cleaning service. Good location with access to metro, but also multiple options for food nearby.

This concept might not be for everyone; need to have good neighbours to ensure a relaxed stay. However, when common areas were used at late night hours, Gonzalo was super quick and willing to help and resolve the situation.

The room was very clean and there was enough space for my wife and I. We could even have Netflix for free. The bathroom was big comparing it with the room and there was soap and shampoo separately. The common area which includes the kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals and breakfast.

If you are in a flat on the outside, like us, you may suffer from traffic noise as the flats are located on the first floor overlooking a fairly busy street during the day. At night the street is quiet. There were ear protectors for those bothered by car noise.
