The location is good, Not just easy to find if you are like me that not as good to read some instructions 😅 But accessible in everything, especially if you came from airport. near metro and the metro it self is.like the intersection of many attractions. All the stuff are so good and Friendly specially the night shift one, He also speaks some tagalog greetings 😅 And if you come late they respect the sleeping clients, they make the orientation silently (kudos)

Some shampoo 😅 maybe because I didn't bring one. But for the price of the room, I can say that it is ok that it is not included.I didn't ask if they were selling some 🤭 But If you're not just sossy one like me you can use the one that is on the shower it actually kinda bubble 😆 Some sleepers maybe.(bed & shower) But of course if you were just like me that always in the outside and just go back to sleep beter to bring one 🤭 At the bank bed maybe I suggest they give also foam ear plugs 😆 I hear loud snoring at top and bottom 🤣✌️

Communication was efficeint and the location is good as is one straight connection by Metro from the airport. The place was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice. The facilities are clean. The staff were really nice and I was allowed to leave my bag for an extra hour. I also liked the very local cafe next to the hostel for breakfast and lunch.

Arriving late at night was difficult as the shopping centre was closed. There is also construction work around the hostel and you need to go in a particular path. It would have been good to provide instructions that take that into consideration.

The hotel is close to the airport less than 15 minutes i arrived there one more the room was very clean and quiet i slept very well , oh i almost forgot about the bed it was an amazing place . no complain .

To be honest no complain everything was great , next time i will go there and invite my friends.

It is a small hostel with no chill with others place, kitchen or etc. But it is a hostel after all, just for sleep and leave.

Stayed in a private room, no windows. It was pretty basic. But the bed was clean, private, and good for one night's stay.

A little bit difficult to find. It's behind the main street, you have to go down a set of stairs to find it. Don't trust the maps app.

Its good comfortable and its clean the area.

The place is good but around the area specially when you walking at night you a little bit scared only around the area. Many shops upstairs its nice close to the mall.

Convenient for the station, easy to reach city centre, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, clean, comfortable, surprisingly quiet. Would recommend as a cheap convenient clean safe place to stay. I rather like the capsule style as it feels private.

It was nice that it was close to the station and the staff was very friendly. Also, the room was very clean. If I go to Madrid again, I plan to visit again and thank you for the kind response.

The only downside was that there wasn't enough space to put clothes in the shower room.

Lugar tranquilo, cercano a varias estaciones de bus, metro, restaurantes, farmacias y centro comercial. Caminando hasta el Bernabeu dieron unos 12 minutos. La zona es tranquila y linda. Lo recomiendo.

Clean, convenient and staff was very kind. Felt very safe and wasn't annoyed at all by noises. They even give you some ear plugs hahaha. Bathroom was clean, there are some machines to buy snacks too!
