Nice rooms, very large, comfortable beds. I was on high floor, with a nice view. Personnel was kind and welcoming. Inner garden adds a very nice touch. Perfect location for my needs. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

While the breakfast buffet was varied and very good, the two Nespresso coffee machines with two outlets each were rarely both working 100%, for a variety of reasons (water tank to be refilled, descaling necessary...). Often one had to queue up to get a cup of coffee. Breakfast starts at 8 on weekends and since I had to leave exactly at 8, I missed breakfast on the last day. I asked for a little flexibility to get just a croissant and a coffee a few minutes before but they showed no flexibility.

the location is very nice 3 minutes walk to Cuatro Caminos metro station.

they charged me €5 for coffee pods for the nespresso machine in the room. at least coffee and milk should be complimentary when you are paying €150 per night

Located closely to subway station Quatro Caminos and a bus station with direct busses to the university. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Good windows, so it was still calm inside despite outside traffic. Breakfast was ok, but not outstanding.

It's a pity that they don't provide a single cup of coffee for free although there is a coffee maker in the room. Overall, they pretend to pay attention to sustainability, but then the coffee machine in the breakfast room is also using capsules, which produce a large amount of waste.

Very clean and contemporary hotel. Great location near the Bernabéu Stadium and Metro station to get around Madrid, reasonably priced. Beds we comfy and the room was very well appointed. We didn’t try any food / drink / facilities so couldn’t comment on those.

Not a particularly nice part of the city and not a very welcoming entrance area with a couple of street bars / cafes on a main road.

Excellent room, enough space for me and my brother. Our room faced a nice view of the city and I loved the small balcony! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing! Everything was wonderful!! The location was close to everything and it was very easy to navigate the train. There were a couple of grocery stores close by and a great breakfast cafe a couple of doors down.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful--great customer service. The location was OK, there were enough restaurants nearby for a good variety to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the little mini balcony was nice for some fresh air. The breakfast had nice options, with a variety of fresh cut fruit and juices, as well as soymilk for us vegans/non milk drinkers.

The breakfast could've had a couple of more veg/vegan options, like potatoes, mushroom, beans, etc. And for a 4 star hotel, they could've thrown in a pair of those cheap slipper for the room, as well as a bottle or two of water.

Great location. Only steps from the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. We also chose this location because it is close to where our daughter is staying during a study abroad semester. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke proficient English. We did not opt for the included breakfast so I can't speak to that. In general, we had a great stay!

my experience in this hotel started very well, we arrived in Madrid with an early flight and we were supposed to check in at 3pm but they gave us the room at 11am so I was very happy about it, the receptionist told me that when they do have rooms available they always try to help, The hotel is stunning, is a jardin indeed, the plants are everywhere and I loved it. We booked the most simple room because we were in Madrid just one day to connect to another flight the next day and the room was above my expectations, I can't immagine how beautiful the suite must be. Very good price as well and good location 👍🏼 100% raccomanded

A good and quality hotel, which although is not located in the center of Madrid, located a one-minute walk from a central metro station from which you can easily reach all the main places of Madrid. The hotel staff was pleasant and kind, the room was very spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. In addition, right next to the hotel there is a huge branch of the Carrefour supermarket, which is very convenient
