Me and a friend ended up here when our Airbnb got cancelled the day before arrival. This little hotel was our saver for one night before going to our alternative accommodation, and a great discovery. Location for us was perfect: in a beautiful and quiet residential area but still close to transport, the Paseo de Castellana, and restaurants, bars and shops around. The hotel is in a big house and has nice common indoors and outdoors spaces, they must be really enjoyable in spring and summer. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast (included) was excellent. To be taken into account for next time for a longer stay.

The location is excellent for going to Santiago Bernabéu stadium. You can see it when you step out of the property. It’s a nice residential neighborhood.

I have an impression that not many women stay there. There was a body wash gel (the dispenser was broken, so there was a bottle on the shower room floor), but no shampoo or conditioner. The neighborhood was quiet but there were two dogs right outside of my window. They barked every time someone passed by on the street. I could also hear other guests’ doors close or their footsteps.

I loved everything about it.. everything was so clean and organized! The staff as well, they always answered me on time and the were super helpful everytime I needed it! The bed was super comfortable with super clean sheets, the bathroom as well with a good shower. I enjoyed it a lot I would definitely recommend it <3

Nothing everything was super nice

The breakfast was excellent, with coffee and toast prepared by the extremely helpful staff. Checking out of hours was easy, the room was small but warm (it was winter) and had everything required, with excellent en suite.

The walls are a little thin, so I imagine it could get a bit noisy depending on your neighbours, I could hear the shower of a neighbour clearly.

It was fine clean and food was good and friendly

To many stairs as in top floor no fridge in room so in summer you could not have a cold drink and a long way if you wanted a hot drink as kettle in basement 4 flights of stairs also no seating in room for family only one chair at table

The location is perfect for the Bernabéu Stadium, literally a 10 minute walk. Also two Metro stations within a 10 minute walk, so easy access to Madrid. The room was very small (like university halls!) but very clean & comfortable, so perfect for a one night stay for a Champions League match. The WhatsApp contact & instructions regarding the self check-in/key box was excellent & worked perfectly.

This property is highly recommended! By far, what I liked best about this property was the manager/owner, Rosa and the staff. They were all incredibly attentive and even though my mother and I don’t speak Spanish, we’re made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Rosa personally helped me with communicating in Spanish as her English is impeccable. Thanks Rosa and staff :)

The room and property we stayed in was super clean. :) Just a very minor comment about the toilet - the button kept getting stuck and we had to keep lifting the lid. Regarding the bathroom we needed to keep the window open and door closed to avoid damp smells. Other than that everything was honestly perfect!!

Very good location, trendy staff, spacious room, and a good breakfast.

There were some renovations going on at the property; therefore, it was very noisy. There was a paper layer laid out in my room, which I'm guessing was to protect the floor from paint, but they didn't remove it for my stay. The walls are very thin; I could hear the people from the room close to mine talking very loudly until 1 or 2 am.

Great location, they are very accommodating and even surprised me with a bigger room than I originally booked (for the same price), since it happened to be free at that time. A very nice and comfortable stay, good value for money.

The shower drain was blocked, which they tried to solve with some liquid, but unfortunately it wasn't successful, so the problem remained unresolved.

Quiet but still central/well connected neighbourhood. The hotel was very cute with nice facilities and common spaces indoors and outdoors. Breakfast was amazing. Very friendly staff and bonus was the possibility to make coffee or tea in the evening.
