Clean rooms.

Actually the hotel experience was good. But there is a slight line between good and perfect customer experience. We had 2 family rooms. We did not like one of them and wanted to change it with next to other room. As the rooms rate was different they want to charge extra money. That is fair. But if you want to go beyond good and want to be perfect customer experience that was an opportunity to do that without extra charge. We had already paying quite amoubt of money. So we stayed in a room for 6 days which we did not like much. Thank you for the hospitality for the good (not perfect) experience.

Location - 1 minute from Cuzco metro station. Interior design - both contemporary and elegant - absolutely adorable lobby! Chilled lemonade in the lobby in summer hot Madrid is a good idea, and DIY lavender sachet for better sleep is a nice feature. Spacious twin room with a coffee machine and a perfectly working aircon. Comfy beds and pillows. We are greatful to the porter who helped us with our luggage and showed the room. He spoke fluent English and was really hospitable. He added a lot to the exellent impression we got from the hotel. Unfortunately I have forgotten his name but think the management can figure out. Cleanliness.

I had stayed at this hotel several times and I love it. Love the remodeling they did to it. Rooms are very comfortable Breakfast is just amazing, it is a little pricey but you need to try . Personnel extremely friendly. Location is great if you are looking to stay in this area (beware that is not downtown Madrid)

Location was good and very friendly staff on the front desk a few English tv stations which is a rarity. WiFi very good

Very very thin walls. You could hear people sneezing and coughing in the next rooms. You can hear toilets flushing and the shower on. Also for this standard of the Marriott hotel chain,I expect more than a paper cup for my morning coffee. Nespresso coffee machine with pods but no tea bags… poor show really. The whole hotel needs sound proofing. Poor value for money

Nice, comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Great breakfasts. Nice, helpful staff. There are many places to eat in the vicinity of the hotel. Minibar available and working air conditioning.

In my case, during my stay there were no TV programs available. Wifi sometimes hung up - definitely needs improvement.

Location. Comfort in everything and elegant design. We have chosen this hotel once again after we had satyed here before. High-speed wifi.

The recepcionist paid little attention to our luggage to be taken to the room this time. And the two ladies (me and my daughter) expected to be helped with it. Especially as we arrived at the hotel late after a hard touristic day, Unfortunately, no one called the porter(

One of the staff in the bar need more coaching in order not to behave like if he were in a public pub. He must show more respect to the clients.

Larger than usual sized room. The bed was very large and I found it comfortable but my wife struggled a bit. I'm not sure why.

Weird problems with the coffee machine where the items weren't refreshed. Mostly no little pots of milk but on occasion no milk, no cups, no stirrers. I kept having to go down to reception to get the milk each day.

Its location. Close to public transportation, walking distance to places if interest.

The reception staff, although efficient and professional, lacked a sense of warmth, unlike the rest of the staff whom went out of their way to make one feel at home. Diego was especially attentive and friendly. The bar and restaurant staff were also very friendly.

There as a storm the morning I left. Water came in the window and formed a pool on the floor. Took me a few moments to figure out what happened. I told the people at reception when I left and I don't think they really cared.
