The room was superb. Clean and fresh. The bathroom was wonderful. Lovely white towels. I liked the old-fashioned roller shutter. It keeps the noise and light out.The two female receptionists are very friendly and very helpful. Any information I needed, it was given to me. Bianca (Romanian lady) was super helpful. I needed to leave my bag for just an hour and she said OK and gave me a docket to present when I got back. Very professional. The other lady, too, can not remember her name, who was also very helpful.

The location is great- nearby many restaurants and public transport. Some attractions are walking distance. The place is very clean and the staff was very polite. The value for the price is very good.

The hotel could use the renovation and the light in the room was not the best. The walls are thin so you can hear the rooms around you pretty loud. No breakfast and no gym.

Staff is kind, the rooms were cleaned every day, check-in goes fast and 24/7 available. Location is good and easy to find, near metro station which is very good since it is a bit far from center but that is not a problem at all, very nice neighborhood with small market nearby, bakery, pharmacy, food place etc. Bathroom provides shaving kit, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, safe sockets near bed.

Well located for either the football or the centre. Hotel room was fairly basic for a 3 star but very clean with a nice bathroom, certainly my two children were happy enough. The rooms are quiet, with wifi and were cleaned and tidied on a daily basis. The reception is open 24h/24h and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The metro is just 3 minutes down the street and the Bernabau stadium is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk.

The only drinks or food available are with a vending machine. Telephone numbers provided for ordering takeaways. It would have been nice to at least have had coffee/tea facility in the room. However, there is a pleasant cafe on the other side of the road which offers traditional Spanish breakfasts at very reasonable prices (3€ on Mondays and Fridays!).

modestly furnished but very clean room, comfortable beds, clean linen and towels - a great place for a short stay near Chamartin train station. Our room windows faced a quite large street, but the noise didn't disturb our sleep, the soundproofing was good enough. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is very important when it's very hot outside.

Excellent service. The lovely miss Alba was very diligent and gracious. The location right next to town plaza is perfect. The hotel can serve as a home base and experience the whole town. Great for a romantic retreat <3 !

Not staying another night.

the location is great . easy to take any kind of transport any where you like to go. also you can find nice places to eat near by, affordable prices. The service people very helpful. they were the extra mile with the service

Not to have more time to stay there a bit longer.

The room is reasonably clean and quiet, the staff is super helpful. Soundproofing from the corridor is not perfect, but the sleep is good. The bed was super comfy.

No breakfast and no coffee machine in the lobby, no chance to get coffee before 7 am

The price is really good and staff is friendly. Isn't the best option if you are looking into modern hotel.

The pillows aren't comfortable at all. They have really big long cilinders has a pillow that are flat and not comfortable.

It was a perfect Hotel for our overnight stay before catching a long distance train out of Madrid. An older hotel but clean very comfortable, easy, convenient and with helpful front desk person. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by too.
