This was our second stay at the hotel, we stayed in March 2024. We travel to Madrid several times a year and will return to this hotel. We were originally allocated a room which was of a poor standard in our opinion on raising the issues with the desk we were allocated a second room which was of a better standard the same as we experienced in March. Staff are friendly and have good English and helpful /tolerant with my learning Spanish Breakfast was the best we have experienced in Madrid- extensive buffet menu very high standard.

We used the lounge bar on several occasions and were served incorrect order and a dirty wine glass all of which was remedied on highlighting with staff

Great food in Casa de Comidas restaurant - we chose tasting menu option offered as part of our stay and it was a great choice. Very good variety of options for breakfast with VIP breakfast option for guests staying in premium roons Nice jacquzzi complex available free of charge for guests staying in premium rooms Extra bonus for football fans - view over Santiago Bernabeu stadium.

We had problems with air-conditioning in our room and only after third request placed with Guest Relationship Manager it was fixed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in several key areas. Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a wide variety of public transport options available nearby. This made exploring the city a breeze and allowed us to easily access many popular attractions. Ambiance: Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by the cozy atmosphere. The pleasant fragrance and overall ambiance make it a welcoming place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Room Comfort: Our room was a delightful retreat—spacious and comfortable. It provided a perfect haven for relaxation. The bedding was exceptionally soft and clean, and the towels felt almost brand new, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Breakfast: One of the highlights of our trip was the breakfast. The variety offered was nothing short of stunning, featuring everything from light pancakes to delicious French omelets. Each dish was exceptionally fresh and tasty, providing a great start to our day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy stay with fantastic amenities. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

I was just passing through, but this hotel surprised me in the best way! The room was simple and cozy, breakfast was great, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Perhaps the METROPOLITAN® Fitness Center & Spa. The pool area could really use proper maintenance, and some of the tiles are broken, which could potentially lead to an accident. My recommendation would be to improve the overall appearance and cleanliness of the space, so that the 30€ fee per person for access feels truly justified.

The hotel has great conditions, the room was perfect and the breakfast with a lot of variety. Professional staff and a good restaurants nearby.

The hotel's parking garage was under construction, with a lot of dust and dirt in the air. It's unacceptable that it's still in operation and worste that they're charging for parking. My car was completely dirty... This shouldn't happen in a hotel of this caliber.

Really good place to stay in Madrid. Little far from the historical places, but it is still a convenient place, and you would find it much cheaper than a comparable hotel in the center location. Very high level of everything. I am kinda 4-star hotels traveler. This one is one of the best I've been. Good value for money. Totally recommended.

The hotel entry and check-in desk is difficult to reach, up several stairs. A security guard near the door saw me struggling to get my suitcase up the stairs and would not come outside to assist me. I informed the check in desk and apologies were made. Hotel and hospitality staff should be in the business of Customer Service!

The hotel is beautiful. We stayed for a Real Madrid match and the match VIP hospitality was in the hotel before the match. The whole experience was amazing and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It is super central and just a short walk from the Bernabau Statium We will stay again if we go back to Madrid.

The pool is for adults only so my 11 year old son could not use it for a swim. He was very disappointed.

Lovely hotel with an amazing breakfast provision. It was incredibly clean and comfortable.

I hadn't been to the spa before so I didn't know where anything was or what to do etc. The staff in the spa were not very friendly or helpful which ruined that experience a little. I think it was due to the language barrier but I found it a bit daunting.

Good sized rooms, nice staff both at reception and at the restaurant and bar.

I wasn’t familiar with the area and had to walk very far in the august heat to find a laundromat as the hotel would have charged me way too much for a weeks worth of clean clothes. Also I specifically chose this hotel for the pool spa features but no one told me it would be closed for maintenance during my stay.
