The hotel is characterized by its tasteful design and cleanliness, and by the friendliness and helpfulness of its staff. The rooms are nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and cushions. And the restaurant serves great food. The surrounding area is attractive. It’s very convenient that you can catch Bus 82 and get to the Complutense university and as far as Moncloa, from which you can take the metro to any point in town, all for just one and a half euros.

On the second morning there was no hot water — something failed. The bathroom should have a hook near the shower to hang the towel. The air conditioning device should have simple instructions next to it. And, most importantly, the chairs in the rooms and in the restaurant are grungy — their textile covers look old and seedy, with stains from all the previous users.

The restaurant in the lobby is a disgrace! I do not recommend it. When looking at the website, you think you will have an exquisite gastronomical experience when in reality it is very far from that! When I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich in my room, half of the chicken was still raw! I was worried to get salmonella. When I opted to order a much safer option next time, the Cesar salad came as a pre-cut lettuce with a disgusting supermarket like bought dressing sauce.

The stuff are marvelous they just want to help u with a big smile I like the garden at the hotel the room are huge very clean.

Breakfast are dull no more choices the sitting room dark no more light the balcony no chair to sit and the place out dated.out of the center.but it’s okay u can take a bus.

The location neighbourhood was very quiet, room was spacious, bed was moving from the wall but was comfortable breakfast was good, hot food, cereal ,and selection of fruits was available. You can catch the Bus 133 and 83 bus stop are about about 6-8mins walk, if you are going towards Callao and also to get on the Metro. Staff at the reception Alejandro,was very proffessional,welcoming and helpful

Loved our suite and fab breakfast. Yes location isn't the best but a lot more room for your money and is still cheaper to get taxis than pay city center prices for a tiny room . We got a taxi to the metro in the day and taxis at night . Tha nkyou for my birthday cake and carva 😊

When staying for a week we found the menu in restaurant a little limited although food of good quality. Only found one other restaurant in the neighbourhood as an alternative

Breakfast is good. There is fruit variety but not of vegetables. The location and hotel itself are very quiet. The room is spacious. Wifi works well all over the place. Breakfast price is reasonable.

Not easy to reach with public transportation. The room has not coffee pot so we can't prepare coffee or tea. The bathroom is "inside" the room, separated by glass walls: not nice. Hotel fare is high.

the location was amazing, only 15 min from the airport (costs only 32€), the check-in was super quick and easy, the staff were friendly and kind. the room itself was nice, very comfortable bed and the balcony was amazing, very clean and tidy. the location itself is great, only 5 min walk to the bus station and same for supermarket. overall, we were very pleased with our stat and we will definitely return here in the future.

the only problem was for us is the menu at the restaurant as we are Muslims and the option with no pork or wine were very limited, other than that the food and service were amazing

I had problem with my car rental that I rent for 3rd Nov. I had voucher and full payment from the application, but the car didn't show up on the time being (08.00). Lucky the guest want to use car on 10.00, so I have time to find out solution. It was the Reception staff name Rachel that helped me sincerely, she helped me call the car company and find out the problem that they didn't get the confirmation from the application. After Rachel explain and mention the voucher and payment proof, the car come to hotel right in time at 10.00. I can't speak Spanish.. I can't do anything if Rachel didn't help me. Thanks for her willingness to help that I appreciate very much.

Would be nice if there is porter to help the luggages, because for group visitor sometime have a lot of baggages.

It’s a very cozy, neat and pleasant hotel in a very calm neighbourhood. They’ve got a minibar that also serves their guests. My wife loves it so much. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Europe. We’re definitely choosing Eurostars again whenever we’re visiting Madrid
