The girl who worked the front desk in the afternoons, I can't remember her name, was the most the helpful and nicest person, I have met working in a hotel. She told us places to eat; she would ask us how our day went and always kept the lemon water in the front reception room filled up. The breakfast was good, and we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and it was really good. The rooms are nice and very clean.

The only thing about the hotel, it's not near anything, you would have to Uber or Taxi to get to the middle of Madrid or any sites, most of the time it would take about 20 minutes. The hotel is a neighborhood with a lot of apartments and houses. The area is nice and had a park to walk across the street to, but we didn't do that.

The hotel is characterized by its tasteful design and cleanliness, and by the friendliness and helpfulness of its staff. The rooms are nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and cushions. And the restaurant serves great food. The surrounding area is attractive. It’s very convenient that you can catch Bus 82 and get to the Complutense university and as far as Moncloa, from which you can take the metro to any point in town, all for just one and a half euros.

On the second morning there was no hot water — something failed. The bathroom should have a hook near the shower to hang the towel. The air conditioning device should have simple instructions next to it. And, most importantly, the chairs in the rooms and in the restaurant are grungy — their textile covers look old and seedy, with stains from all the previous users.

The restaurant in the lobby is a disgrace! I do not recommend it. When looking at the website, you think you will have an exquisite gastronomical experience when in reality it is very far from that! When I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich in my room, half of the chicken was still raw! I was worried to get salmonella. When I opted to order a much safer option next time, the Cesar salad came as a pre-cut lettuce with a disgusting supermarket like bought dressing sauce.

The employees were very nice & always ready to help with anything. The evening receptionist, was extremely friendly Sidrería Mingo, and so very helpful. The hotel was really nice and beautiful. Breakfast was always good.

It was wasn’t close to any shopping or dining areas. It was a very pretty neighborhood but a taxi or uber was always necessary to go anywhere in the city.

The stuff are marvelous they just want to help u with a big smile I like the garden at the hotel the room are huge very clean.

Breakfast are dull no more choices the sitting room dark no more light the balcony no chair to sit and the place out dated.out of the center.but it’s okay u can take a bus.

The location neighbourhood was very quiet, room was spacious, bed was moving from the wall but was comfortable breakfast was good, hot food, cereal ,and selection of fruits was available. You can catch the Bus 133 and 83 bus stop are about about 6-8mins walk, if you are going towards Callao and also to get on the Metro. Staff at the reception Alejandro,was very proffessional,welcoming and helpful

Loved our suite and fab breakfast. Yes location isn't the best but a lot more room for your money and is still cheaper to get taxis than pay city center prices for a tiny room . We got a taxi to the metro in the day and taxis at night . Tha nkyou for my birthday cake and carva 😊

When staying for a week we found the menu in restaurant a little limited although food of good quality. Only found one other restaurant in the neighbourhood as an alternative

Breakfast is good. There is fruit variety but not of vegetables. The location and hotel itself are very quiet. The room is spacious. Wifi works well all over the place. Breakfast price is reasonable.

Not easy to reach with public transportation. The room has not coffee pot so we can't prepare coffee or tea. The bathroom is "inside" the room, separated by glass walls: not nice. Hotel fare is high.

Nice spacious room with storage places. Nice bathroom (could be larger). I appreciated the gym.

The location is far from anything. Breakfast only starts at 8am during weekend, which is a bit late to be ready to work at 9 far away. No metro at proximity.
