The hotel was in a great position for us as we were visiting family in Sanchinarro. The bus stops were very close by and the service was frequent and on time. The staff were amazing especially the bar staff who could not do enough to please. The food was good although we only ate snacks one night but the bar was well stocked. Breakfast was exceptional value and plentiful right up to closing time. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was like new. We did experience the country wide power cut whilst we were there and the hotel really pulled together to make sure everyone was ok.

One night there were roadworks throughout the night outside but that was just unlucky.

AC was powerful, sometimes too much, so for hot days in Madrid is perfect. Breakfast for the price is good, lots of fruit options.The table is not of ideal shape(not rectangle) but it's possible to do some work with a laptop on it. Nobody disturbed me for the whole time after I put the "do not disturb" sign, which was perfect

There were no slippers in the room, and when I asked for some, at reception I was told they don't have any and can order some only tomorrow morning (my checkout day). Cleaning of the room could be made better, the mirror was dirty. Took some time to adjust to the bed (too hard), that's why I know around 3-4am some truck? Saturday morning arrives and they do unloading/loading of some stuff for hotel - my room was facing that part of the back road, so I heard all that noise

We had a lovely stay at Exe Madrid Norte! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and offered great value for the price. What we appreciated the most was its central location, which made it easy to explore the city and reach everything we needed. It was the perfect base for our time in Madrid—comfortable, stylish, and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m not sure if it was our fault that couldn’t set up properly the AC, but we had issues with the hot temperature in the room, other than that, all good.

correct hotel near the airport

the entrance to the hotel is not well marked, very easy overlook, then you need another 15 minutes to turn around and make another go. There is a metro station 20 minutes walking distance, and a bus to the center, however you really need about an 1,5h to get to the centre. With a taxi or car you are there within 10 minutes if no traffic.

The room was a good size and quiet area . Restaurant and breakfast buffet available on site . Parking available for a cost but convenient. Although it was further than we expected from Madrid center there was a direct bus 150 that took us to the center but took between 35 min to 55 min depending on the time and day . The bus stop is a 10 min walk .

Very clean hotel breakfast excellent. Bar staff thoughtful and couldnt do more to help. reception staff. Breakfast staff very good. Housekeeping young man was so good. Couldn't hear any noise in rooms.

A little too far out from amenities and madrid centre also no local shop that's near enough for buying water etc

The hotel is very clean both at the reception area, lift, restaurant, hallways and room. Also the pool is always clean. I have particularly enjoyed that the ladies managing the pool are always very nice and friendly, which makes it nice to go there. Behind the hotel, before the pool, there is a garden-like terrace where you may take the lunch/dinner or your coffee, which is very nice especially during the warm summer days in Madrid. The food is quite ok, especially the breakfast makes for the money asked.

Everthing was mostly ok, I would only note two not so better points: - Location of the hotel: is outside the main Madrid area, you kind of need a car to go into the city and you are next to the Madrid exit highway (or you may call for a taxi, which might take time to arrive). There is a bus available, but it is not part of the main Madrid area and you pay separately for it, not possible to use the Madrid bus-metro card. - At the breakfast there were almost no vegetables, this is the only missing point cause otherwise the breakfast was good.

Everything was cozy, clean and comfortable. Hotel members were kind.

It was difficult for Bolt/Uber taxi services to arrive, for some reason the location pin was in the street behind the Hotel, and we had two or three taxis arrive there, and then realise we had to turn around and get in the main road and main/only entrance to the Hotel. Normal Taxi services called from the Hotel worked like a charm but its more expensive of course.

I enjoyed the abundant breakfast, the pool area and the cleanliness of the hotel. I appreciated that the room was not tiny and suffocating but there was ample space in bathroom and bedroom. The hotel is situated about fifteen minutes away from the airport which makes it ideal if you're there for a short stay to and from Madrid's airport.

The hotel has a really great atmosphere and a nice and clean aesthetic with great and friendly staff that always helped us with questions like parking for people with disability. We really liked the pool but the water was very cold but that is a Madrid thing. The rooms were exactly what the website said and very comfortable mattresses. And it was the first time in a long time that our rooms were together. That was super nice!

They didn't have the rooms ready by the official check-in time but they were friendly enough about it and we just hung out at the bar which we really liked. We went for a staycation but the location won't be great if it's for tourism.
