Very clean and very good breakfast. People from the reception were really nice and friendly. Very good communication, we had a late checkout and they understood very well our need. Thank you a lot for this. The view from our room, amazing.

The location is far from the city centre, but the metro station is at 5 minutes. The door from the bathroom is not isolated and there is no privacy :). The door from the room is not isolated, you hear any noise. As said, we had a late checkout and the lady from the cleaning, entered to our room even if we were there. Other than that, everything went well.

We have stayed at the Zenit before and it is always a pleasure to stay here. It is close to the airport and although this time we had a rental car, we love that you can take a metro to the hotel. It is clean and comfortable and in a local neighborhood with a Carrefour and lots of places to eat close by. The staff is friendly and professional. We had breakfast at the restaurant - whether for coffee or the full breakfast, the wait staff were lovely and met all our needs! This Zenit hotel is our 'go-to' Madrid hotel!!

Awesome personnel at reception. I have had multiple flight delays and a buggy credit card that wouldn't work right and they responded promptly and fixed everything. Very good people work here. Location was comfortable, room was clean. Also it's just a very pretty, well maintained building with stylish interior

I think it could be a bit quieter... Okay a byte quieter :-) but that is probably a matter of luck and season and again location, and frankly really quiet hotels (by my perception) are super rare. I did manage to get some sleep so quietness was "satisfactory" while everything else was excellent.

Very beautifull and modern room. It was superclean and they offered everything we needed regarding toilettries in the bathroom. The personnel was very helpfull and kind. We had some issues with the cards we were using for entering the room and they always helped.

Location: it was very far away from the center of Madrid, but we knew that anyways before booking this place. Air conditioning: We personally could not figure out how to use (or even turn off) the air conditioner so we were cold most of the time. Honestly, we didn't ask for help from the staff, but I'm sure they would help us if we did, because they were extremely polite and helpfull with other issues we had.

This is not a typical barrio in Spain, but rather a residencial area super quite, almost no car trafic, so you can rest after a long strolling day. there are few options around to grab a coffee and also a non-vegan restaurant called EL Vegano de Madrid :)

No clear info on breakfast, was not mentioned or offered at the reception. Good that there is a cafe just across the street serving perfect spanish style desayuno, good coffee and ice cold water! To get to Madrid centre it will take you 1 hour by bus, or 15-20 mins by car/taxi/uber. There is as well a metro station (Esperanza) line 4 that takes you rather close to Retiro park. If you want to explore the neighbourhood by foot - as I did it, 5k run in the morning - beware this is a continuous roller coaster, hills aup and down so it will be a good cardio workout! :)

Our stay was short but visited Madrid for a day which was most enjoyable! As I am a wheelchair user our room was ground floor with disabled facilities. All very convenient for me with the extra addition of a stool by the basin as well as the sit down feature in the shower. Very helpful. Thank you! The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The meal we had in the evening was superb!

At night you could hear guests running a bath or showering. The water running was most loud!

Very nice property in a very calm neighborhood. We have enjoyed our short stay there as the staff were very friendly, the rooms have all what you need and there is a very nice outdoor area to enjoy the summer nights. Its next to the bus station, you can get to the city center in no time.

Quietness of the area; however, within a short ride in the underground from the amenities of Madrid city centre.

Water from the shower coming out all over the bathroom. It’s quite uncomfortable but it tends to happen in many hotels. Other than this, everything perfect. We would repeat and recommend.

Great quiet location in the suburbs. Minutes walk to Metro. The rooms were a good size, modern and quiet. The staff were very helpful with directions and information. The local bars and restaurants were a hit.

Very clean, friendly and great staff, easy to find parking on the street, not far from the centre, close to the train or bus station.

The design of the bathroom door doesn’t give much privacy and soundproof. Would be handy to have a blanket in case it’s needed. The size of the fridge could be bigger. Having said all these, I would highly recommend this place and stay there again.
