Close to airport with complementary shuttle. Modern, clean facility. Next door to a good-sized supermarket "Ahorra Mas" and across the street from a Burger King that opens at 12:30pm. Friendly staff. Very nice rooftop bar with great views. Mini fridge stocked with juice and water at no extra cost.

No shower privacy. Shower water would suddenly turn hot or cold without warning. Thick glass coffee /tea cups without handlesl burn your fingers. I requested cups with handles at front desk and got them delivered by housekeeping. (See photo of the room cups and the handled cups.) Breakfast cost EUR20 if you did not reserve a higher priced room. No waste baskets by bathroom sink or by coffee maker.

The hotel is close to the airport (although still expensive via uber) and has a shuttle that gets you from the hotel to the airport, although that's on direction only i believe. The breakfast we couldnt try since we left so early, the rooms are large and really nice, beds comfortable and nice free refreshments in the mini-fridge. The restaurant in the building has some really nice food and the roof-top bar has a really nice view and drink selection. The gym is also nice has a smith machine some boxing bags and dumbbells so could get a good workout in.

The air condition (but probably can be generalised to all of europe at this point) is really bad doesnt stick to the temperature and wouldnt go cold enough. Even though it was much colder outside we couldnt get it to let our room cold enough to sleep.

Clean, modern, and spacious rooms. The hotel is very close to the airport, but has access to great amenities like the several large parks just a block or two away, great running paths, and lots of cute local shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary airport shuttle was a big help.

The first room we stayed in had a venting problem and smelled like sewer, however the staff immediately moved us to a different room and comped us breakfast for the inconvenience. We were thankful for their response and professional treatment to resolve the issue.

There are so many things we enjoyed about our experience at Innside. The online check-in was so easy; unfortunately, I didn't see it until we were on our way to the hotel, so I still stopped by the front desk on arrival to make sure it had gone through. Front desk staff were friendly, professional, approachable and helpful. Our room was so clean and I was impressed that the sofa bed had been made up for my child to sleep in, as well as leaving her a coloring book and crayons :) We were so comfortable in our bed in the bedroom. The restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed the variety of foods to try. The one thing I'd comment on with our dining experience is that it seemed to be understaffed (1 person for all the tables). We also took advantage of visiting the rooftop bar; it was 100+ degrees (F) so VERY warm; misters on the umbrellas would be a nice touch! The bar staff was also very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. We did not feel like out-of-town guests, but rather neighbors at the local bar. And they also provided a thoughtful gesture to give our toddler water in a plastic cup with a straw, without needing to ask them. The airport shuttle was clean, cool inside and the driver was friendly. The only thing we didn't realize is that the shuttle ONLY drops off at T4; we thought we would be taken to the other terminals. That was an oversight on my part, since I did not confirm ahead of time. All in all, a wonderful stay and great way to end our trip. I will definitely book again with Melia Innside.

Less reliance on technology to access hotel info (ie. room service menu is on a QR code, versus a physical menu in the room).

First of all, the location was perfect since it was just a few minutes from the airport, which made our life so much easier. Also, the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was very clean and the decoration was stylish and modern. We were also very surprised to find out that there was a rooftop pool and bar. Besides that, we tried the room service, which was delicious, and we thought it was a nice touch that the room had some free drinks. It's also important to note that the hotel provided luggage storage. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience near the airport!

We liked the rooftop bar and the friendly bartender who worked there named Jose. He made me a nice Aperol Spritz and made my hubby a mojito. Beds in the room were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was impressive. The dinner menu also offered a wide variety of options including edamame beans and miso soup, items you don’t often find in a Spanish run hotel.

The location wasn’t great as there appeared to be no other restaurants nearby where we could eat. The free shuttle only went to terminal 4 so we had to pay €18 to be driven to terminal 2. I have never stayed in another hotel near the Barajas airport that only offered free shuttle service to one terminal. So that needs to change. I was thought it was too expensive compared to other area hotels as it cost more than $250 a night.

The hotel is amazing - and you notice it right away because it smells amazing already at the reception lobby. The staff was incredible, very friendly and helpful at all times, even during our check-in at late hours of the night. We got offered the airport transfer service for free and staff helped us to reserve seats in the transfer in advance. The hotel restaurant operates (and offers room service) until midnight and this comfort was very welcome when we checked-in after travelling all day - plus the burger was delicious! Breakfast was amazing, full of great options and a large variety - including the traditional churros. It was perfect for our one night before our flight.

We had a room that had adjoining doors to the neighbouring room and we couldn't really lock our door from the inside. We had no issues, of course, but we would have felt more comfortable in non-adjoining rooms (we were not consulted about it prior to check-in). Also, we couldn't find a way to connect the TV to our phones (with cast or otherwise) so we felt that this could be an additional easy convenience to be provided.

I stayed one night at INNSiDE by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas and was thoroughly impressed. The experience started perfectly with a large shuttle waiting right on time, which made arrival super smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making the check-in process quick and easy. What stood out most was the exceptional breakfast—a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options beautifully presented. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a short stay or layover. Highly recommend it for anyone passing through Madrid!

The only downside was the room location—it was right in front of the elevators, which meant occasional noise from people coming and going. There was also a low humming sound coming from the open wardrobe area, which was a bit distracting. Luckily, I had earplugs, so I was able to sleep well despite the noise. Next time, I would definitely request a quieter room away from common areas.

We stayed here to be close to the airport for a flight out the next day. It's a newer hotel with large rooms, quiet, well appointed, and clean. The bedding was nice, it had excellent blackout shades, and the air conditioning in the room worked well. There were lots of electrical outlets in the room, some with USB-C ports built in. There were some locally produced beverages provided with the room for free. The breakfast buffet was excellent and provided with the room. The on-site dining room with the buffet was huge. An airport shuttle that leaves every half-hour was provided.

There's really no other reason to stay in this neighborhood other than its proximity to the Madrid Barajas airport, T4 and T4S terminal. It's pretty typical for an airport hotel area, overpriced but functional. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We ate at one and it was again typical (pretty generic, OK quality, a little overpriced). If you're using the shuttle, it's important to note that it is not available from 0900 until 1100. It's only about a 5-10 minute ride, but if you're flying internationally out of T4S (non-Schengen), you really have to give yourself enough time to check in and get to the gates.

Everything was in the best manner. A staff is friendly, room is comfortable and clean, there is a pool zone and bar on a roof. We were surprised of complementary minibar with soft drinks and beer. Hotel provides good breakfast. We had early checkout at night, hotel prepared for us the lunchboxes with food, snack and drinks. Hotel provides free transfer from and to airport every 20 minutes. We are appreciate to hotel for the opportunity to stay in. We recommend this hotel.
