I booked this hotel for two reasons: the price and the airport shuttle availability. I arrived at the airport at 10:30pm, called for the shuttle and it arrived within a half hour as promised. The next morning I had to be at the airport by 6:30am to meet a relative at arrivals. The shuttle ran every hour on the hour, so I got the 5am shuttle (you let them know when you check in about when you'd like to leave in the a.m.). The room itself was pretty much exactly what I expected for the price point. It's an old school basic type Spanish hotel with no frills and older furnishings. The bed was comfy enough so again, no real complaints. Bonus points for working a/c a MUST imo for summer nights in Madrid.

There was an occasional high-pitched sound coming through the ventilation that was either from hot water running through the pipes or the a/c.

The hotel is located close to the airport, and the hotel staff offers a transfer from and to the airport, which was very convenient. Nearby, there is a supermarket where one can buy food. The room itself was comfortable, with cozy beds and good bathroom, with wardrobe and a good view outside. It was also quiet most of the time, although one can hear very well when someone talks or walks in the hallway outside the room.

The hotel is far from the city center, and also the subway station is quite far (one needs to walk 15 minutes to reach it). The hotel didn't offer breakfast at the time we were there, so we had to buy food or eat somewhere else.

The hostel is located 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has a free shuttle from and to the airport but the "from airport" part is not very useful since we need to wait 30 to 60 minutes to get this shuttle. We took a taxi, costing 22 euro. The shuttle back to the airport worked well. The beds are comfy, but since we had a triple room, the third bed was moved up to the double bed with no space and there was no space in the room to set it apart. It was inconvenient. The room is clean and the bed is quite clean. There was no kettle and tea in the room and I really needed a warm drink. The reception is working 24/7 and the shuttle is 24/7, it's a big plus.

The shuttle was free and convenient just have to remember to reserve pickup and dropoff in advance. One of receptionists, I don't know his name but we wore braces, was very kind and helpful. He suggested going into Madrid city center for the new years activities, told us how to get to the metro, the cost and time it would take. So we were able to have an extra unplanned activity during our layover which was a very nice treat. The rooms were clean and comfortable and hotel is located in a residential area with a nice playground nearby.

There was another receptionist unfortunately who was not helpful. The next day we asked what restaurants were open for breakfast on New Years day he curtly responded "everything is closed on the first". We searched ourselves online and found a very nice place, a 16 minute walk away, I believe called Churreria El Artesano that served delicious chocolate and churros.

Hi, The airport Shuttle was on time + comformatble and the driver was attentive and I felt safe as a single lady travler as it was night time. The reception desk person was also very responsive in his approch all my enquery calls were attended properly and explainded me everything he was helpful I felt safe at the property . It is a very clean and well maintained place. they have a small cafeteria where i could heat up water and make my Ramen the rooms have heater bathrooms were clean with good linen , bed wa scomfortabel with good blankets I would reccomend Los Coronales !

The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. The hostel is located in a quiet, affluent residential area, so I felt safe. I was worried about the availability of the shuttle bus or the waiting time, but they had several shuttle buses running, so I was able to get one when I requested without waiting at the airport or at the hostel. The AC was working well (quiet and new), so it felt good after being exposed to the heat.

The noise. There are many rooms on each floor, so they are very close to each other. Some guests were taking showers around 2 am and others around 4 am, which was very loud and kept me up. But that's expected, I suppose.

The location in a leafy, green neighborhood was excellent. It is close to the airport, so that's good for me, but it's a bit of a trek to any restaurants or to center city. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating of several special requests that I made.

I believe that there is no individual control of room temperature. Rather, the entire facility is kept at one temperature. I would like to have more control of my room's temp. Bottom line: i would absolutely stay again!

It is conveniently located for Madrid Barajas Airport, with a reliable shuttle service (from the hotel to the airport, at least). The room and bathroom are fair enough, although they need a bit of improvement. The hotel has breakfast service at a reasonable price.

The shower is not very comfortable, a bit small and needs modernisation. The bed was a bit too hard, though still comfortable enough. The very worst was the noise from neighbouring rooms, with noises from running water from showers and toilets, and mostly from the corridor; while this is also mainly a problem of people's behaviour, being waken up by rolling suitcases at 1am and 6am, is not nice at all. We appreciate this hotel, we have used it already three times (better than others in the area) but it can improve significantly and it is getting a bit pricy.

We stayed only for 1 night before our early flight. The beds were really comfortable, the room was clean. Private bathroom, good wifi. We used the free shuttle to the airport very early in the morning (4AM) - it was quick and convenient. The staff was really nice. We would stay here again

The hot water in the shower was only lukewarm but I was too tired to go complain about it. It's far from the underground, but can be managed - nice neighborhood.

Comfy mattress, medium firmness (less firm than mattresses from Marriott Hotels so thats good). Clean room. The shower includes body wash, but if you have sensitive skin, I suggest you don't use it as I believe it's just hand soap. No shampoo or conditioner available so it's perfectly fine for an overnight stay.

The showerhead is positioned facing the short shower door. Showering will inevitably cause water to spray the bedding and floor. I spent an hour drying the floor. Also, I ended up sleeping without a blanket as it was still damp. Whoever decided on the position of showerhead needs to quit his job and attend common-sense school!
