I booked this hotel for two reasons: the price and the airport shuttle availability. I arrived at the airport at 10:30pm, called for the shuttle and it arrived within a half hour as promised. The next morning I had to be at the airport by 6:30am to meet a relative at arrivals. The shuttle ran every hour on the hour, so I got the 5am shuttle (you let them know when you check in about when you'd like to leave in the a.m.). The room itself was pretty much exactly what I expected for the price point. It's an old school basic type Spanish hotel with no frills and older furnishings. The bed was comfy enough so again, no real complaints. Bonus points for working a/c a MUST imo for summer nights in Madrid.

There was an occasional high-pitched sound coming through the ventilation that was either from hot water running through the pipes or the a/c.

The hotel is located close to the airport, and the hotel staff offers a transfer from and to the airport, which was very convenient. Nearby, there is a supermarket where one can buy food. The room itself was comfortable, with cozy beds and good bathroom, with wardrobe and a good view outside. It was also quiet most of the time, although one can hear very well when someone talks or walks in the hallway outside the room.

The hotel is far from the city center, and also the subway station is quite far (one needs to walk 15 minutes to reach it). The hotel didn't offer breakfast at the time we were there, so we had to buy food or eat somewhere else.

A very good, small hotel in a suburban area close to the airport. Nice, quiet area. Very good staff. Shuttle bus to/from airport. Very clean and functional. Suitable and designed for people coming from and going to the airport (MAD). Some aircrew stay there. GREAT showers!

1) Challenging to find restaurants open, serving food, within walking distance on a Sunday afternoon (before 8pm). The grocery store in the mall nearby, saved our stomachs though! Of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel at all. 2) Very dim lighting in the bathroom - that's my only beef! (rm. 212)

The hostel is located 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has a free shuttle from and to the airport but the "from airport" part is not very useful since we need to wait 30 to 60 minutes to get this shuttle. We took a taxi, costing 22 euro. The shuttle back to the airport worked well. The beds are comfy, but since we had a triple room, the third bed was moved up to the double bed with no space and there was no space in the room to set it apart. It was inconvenient. The room is clean and the bed is quite clean. There was no kettle and tea in the room and I really needed a warm drink. The reception is working 24/7 and the shuttle is 24/7, it's a big plus.

Free shutttle to/from airport, clean quiet room, shower cabin with doors, friendly and helpful staff. My incoming flight was delayed, but the shuttle picked me up even thouigh it was 12:30 AM.

The room was very hot when I checked in (31 C at 1 AM), since the AC was not on. It was difficult to turn it on, but the night manager came up to the room and made it work. It would have been nicer to tell guests how to turn on the AC and to have had the room cooled, since I gave them my arirval time. Guests cannot set the temperature, which is set at 24 C for all rooms.

The staff were exceptional. The location was a nice neighborhood. The room was very clean. The shuttle service really helped us out for a very early airport arrival, 4 am! The hostel is gated in a peaceful courtyard. For the cost, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for an airport layover. We were able to walk for a good meal from the hotel to a peaceful neighborhood.

Our stay was very short and we had a terrific experience. if I had to pick one thing, it would be an extra pillow. Otherwise, all my needs were met and exceeded my expectations.

The shuttle was free and convenient just have to remember to reserve pickup and dropoff in advance. One of receptionists, I don't know his name but we wore braces, was very kind and helpful. He suggested going into Madrid city center for the new years activities, told us how to get to the metro, the cost and time it would take. So we were able to have an extra unplanned activity during our layover which was a very nice treat. The rooms were clean and comfortable and hotel is located in a residential area with a nice playground nearby.

There was another receptionist unfortunately who was not helpful. The next day we asked what restaurants were open for breakfast on New Years day he curtly responded "everything is closed on the first". We searched ourselves online and found a very nice place, a 16 minute walk away, I believe called Churreria El Artesano that served delicious chocolate and churros.

Hi, The airport Shuttle was on time + comformatble and the driver was attentive and I felt safe as a single lady travler as it was night time. The reception desk person was also very responsive in his approch all my enquery calls were attended properly and explainded me everything he was helpful I felt safe at the property . It is a very clean and well maintained place. they have a small cafeteria where i could heat up water and make my Ramen the rooms have heater bathrooms were clean with good linen , bed wa scomfortabel with good blankets I would reccomend Los Coronales !

The hotel is conveniently situated near the Barajas Airport, with an hourly transfer service operating throughout the day and night. This service has proven to be exceptionally beneficial to me.

The bathroom, toilet, and all other facilities are located within the room, which lacks a door. I was accommodated on the top floor and was unable to open the window, as it had been permanently blocked and cannot be opened. Conditional air conditioning was the only assistance I received during the night.

The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. The hostel is located in a quiet, affluent residential area, so I felt safe. I was worried about the availability of the shuttle bus or the waiting time, but they had several shuttle buses running, so I was able to get one when I requested without waiting at the airport or at the hostel. The AC was working well (quiet and new), so it felt good after being exposed to the heat.

The noise. There are many rooms on each floor, so they are very close to each other. Some guests were taking showers around 2 am and others around 4 am, which was very loud and kept me up. But that's expected, I suppose.
