This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very well appointed, and the extra bed was very spacious. Excellent room for a family of four. Both breakfast and the buffet were very well stocked and had a wide variety. The hotel was very clean, with excellent service from everyone. Located in a very quiet area, with the metro just a 2-minute walk away and an extraordinary park a 5-minute walk away, where you can walk, have a snack, and relax, without being in the center of Madrid. Had to book last minute here as our flight back to the US was cancelled. The location is great insofar as it is just a ten minute drive to the airport. The food at the bar for lunch was nice but the menu is very limited. A huge conference, or number of conferences must have been going on as the lobby was packed, so no hope for dinner there. Turned out okay because it was the same menu which seemed boring. We went to the bar next door at The Pullman, and the food there, though rich, was nice. The room was insanely expensive for what it was, but since it was a last minute booking I had no choice. I appreciated the kind staff and clean and quiet rooms.

Surprisingly, for an airport hotel, there is no shuttle and taxis cost $25 each way. The bar menu is limited and is the only option for lunch and dinner.

Nice, clean well maintained hotel overall. The pool was nice and a good size good but could have done with more shelter from the blazing sun! Great value buffet breakfast. Close to a Metro station and decent space in the underground car park. We used the EV charger too which was great - just ask at reception for a plug adapter and they will give you one for a €10 deposit

The evening buffet in the restaurant was pricey for what you got, the food was good though

When booking, I filtered my search for a hotel with a pool for my children and booked my flight times around idea of spending time in it. We stayed 30th May and the pool was not opening until 12th June.... Booking..com didn't show the dates the pool would be available

The hotel's location was perfect for what we wanted (not to be in the center and in a busy area). The parking around the hotel was easy so it was not needed to park in the underground parking. Lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was nice and had good variety. The reception, restaurant / breakfast area and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room's floor was a bit dusty, we noticed while walking barefoot that it was not very clean. The dinner option (buffet) is a bit poor for the price (what was there tasted good but there was not much variety). We only ate there the first night and decided to have dinner out the rest of our stay.

Fantastic hotel with a very good breakfast, the staff were very efficient and the chef that made the omelettes was very friendly and pleasant. My kids absolutely loved the selection at breakfast and it was a lovely atmosphere- the Christmas decorations were still up so it made the setting even nicer. Well located in terms of accessing the metro or going to a shopping centre.

Easy 10 minute ride from the airport. The place was clean and next to Juan Carlos Park, a nice place to walk and for sports. It is also a 15 min walk to a mall. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with everything you can dream of for a family of five with many different tastes. The restaurant menu was also very good for lunch and dinner.

Location of the hotel to the location of my event. Food was lovely and well presented. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Little trex to the supermarket to get provisions.

They need to advertise or email guests when facilities are unavailable. I booked this hotel to use the pool to sunbathe and recover from the event I went to. You were unable to use the outdoor pool and people had to ignore the closure to enjoy the beds on the terrace. Even though the pool was closed having access to sun loungers would of been perfect. Pool was closed due to legislation but this needs to be clear on website for any non spanish guests who would want to use the pool as part of their vacation.

Beds super confortable, very efficient curtain in the room to sleep late. Nice swimming pool and very complete breakfast. We stay in that hotel after the a day at the Warner Bross park and before to take our flight the next day

Not easy to find the hotel during the night, poor visibility of signs. We had to drive too times around it.

Close to the metro into the city and easy for he airport. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids, especially in the afternoon heat. Nice restaurant. The staff were all excellent and extremely helpful. Very welcoming of a family with young kids.

The location is right on the edge of the city so there isn’t much choice for restaurants etc. It was perfect for a couple of nights at the end of our trip but a bit of limited choice.
