Modern apartment 15 min away from Madrid Airport. The beds are very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower is strong, and the WiFi is strong (80+ Mbps). The hosts were responsive to requests. We were provided an extra hour after check-out time, per our request, without additional charges.

The hosts do not have the flexibility for early arrival. The intercom to notify the staff to open the doors was not working and we were not notified of the issue. We eventually had to call through WhatsApp (which you have to ask for before arrival) to have someone open remotely. The coffee machine was not working, and the staff fixed it (and used a few capsules to test), the host informed us that they do not refresh with additional capsules after the first day.

The apartment has a lot of kitchen appliances: toaster, coffee machine (capsule system), microwave, kettle and dishwasher. There was a sofa in the living room. In the kitchen drawer we found a bag with inside some brand new: sponge, capsule for dishwasher, bin bags, towel to clean and dish soap. A lot of dishes, cups, glasses and a great assortment of cutlery. Shower was great and big. There was an hair dryer and iron board. And as a cherry on the cake: inside the wardrobe there was a light with a sensor that goes on when you open the wardrobe. Quiet estate even if we were on the ground floor the windows were well insulated for either sound and air.

The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioner was weak, it's only in the room we're in, but most of the others are working fine.,I hope when we come back and if we get that room again, the air conditioner will be ok See you again 😊

The reception was available 24/7 and very friendly and helpful. Their English was very good. They immediately found a solution to all my questions.

The app needed to check in is not user friendly and doesn't work every time to open the doors. It also demanded a lot of private and even biometrical data of which I am unsure how safely it is being handled. The whole process is not very accessible to older people.

good Location, friendly staff. overall clean and very comfortable, however very expensive. however we were there during peak holiday season so I guess supply and demand dictates costs.

My only complaint is cost verses facility.

Very comfortable apartment that suited our needs perfectly. Clean, modern and with all the facilities that we required for a few days stay. I would use them again.

The reception is remote and using the outside intercom to enter is not always easy. Our initial door card only worked sometimes as did the app, and the door cards needed replacing.

someone smoke insode appartement before me - I found cigaretes box in trash box...the apartement has all the time smell on cigaretes. that was only think which was I do not like. Cooworker appartement was ok.

Minimalist decor; has everything you usually have at home

Everything went well. The check-in took a bit time to try and communicate with the reception via intercom. But no real problems.

Clean, spacious, all amenities needed. Quiet neighborhood.

Was not prepared for complete automated checkin … wasn’t a problem after we completed. Howver, wished we would have known in advance.

Modern, easy to find, quiet, comfortable beds. Nice to have coffee capsules and water included. Close to airport and Madrid city by car.
