The room was great value for money. The room was nothing fancy, however the hotel itself had fantastic facilities and was in a great location. Walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to see in Madrid. The little coffee shop within the hotel made amazing “Melbourne” quality coffee. The gym was small but well equipped with clean, modern equipment. The rooftop was nice, although the pool was freezing! We didn’t try the breakfast as it wasn’t included in our booking however it looked good!

$50 euro (minimum food and drink spend) to hire a daybed on the rooftop was a bit of a rip off I think. We were going to do it so that we could relax one afternoon, however we were advised you couldn’t even eat there and that you had to go downstairs to eat. The menu was very limited. Also the sun sets on the other side of the building in the afternoon and the beds end up in the shade, so we decided it just wasn’t worth it.

Amenities and atmosphere was really good. Pool has a gorgeous view and location was really good for access to the main city center.

As a holiday guest not a working visitor each morning was horrible hearing the doors slam at the hallway locations for each person as they went to work making it impossible to sleep. It should be asked what the purpose of the booking is for and holiday guests and working guest should be in different areas.

Great location - close to Plaza España/Opera metro. Clean, quiet and modern interior. Young and contemporary vibe. Complementary water and snack on the first day which was appreciated due to the heat. All in all, great value for money!

Due to time constraints we didn't have time to try the pool. However, even though it's cool that the pool is located on the roof, it is "bottomless" (i.e. glas floor with views from under the building). It seemed a bit invasive for those wearing bikinis. More a 'good to know' than a deal breaker.

The hotel exceeded our expectations: not only it's modern, clean and has a peculiar design, it's also very conveniently located (we walked to all main landmarks) and has all the necessary facilities within it's premises (a bar, a restaurant, a pool, also a laundry room). The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they really go an extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The room itself was clean and tidy, with thoughtful little touches like free water, tissues, really nice branded toiletries. We had a great stay 😊

There is nothing we didn't like. I would maybe suggest adding some hooks or rails for towels in the sink area, because there is no place to store them. The building we were in kind of... shaked (?) when our neighbours slammed their doors. But I don't think anything could be done about it and it was a minor thing anyway.

This hotel is unique and unlike any other "traditional" hotel. The bed is very comfortable, which was really the highlight of the stay. Welcome treats were really a nice touch, and the staff was great. The restaurant was good and came in handy since there are no good restaurants nearby. If you are traveling with children or you are 50+, you may reconsider. Having condoms by the bedside took us by surprise. The location was a bit far from most attractions. We booked this location because we wanted to be near the Royal Palace, but it was a bit of a short hike that required climbing upstairs. All English channels on TV were not working, but this is typical throughout Spain.

Everything is good but not great - beds are comfy enough, rooms are not big and well-lit but if you are staying here, you are mostly a tourist spending most of your time outside. Breakfast is average - nothing to write home about, you can get the usual fare that you find in most other places. The vibe is hip and youthful. The hotel combines coworking concept with a hotel. The common areas are lively and usually full of people.

If I asked myself is it worth the money paid, I would have to admit it is somewhat overpriced. 170Eur a night - is not cheap and not really worth it. There are no specific complaints, just the whole package does not fit the price requested.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid. The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of enjoy during our visit. We especially loved the table tennis area, it was a fun and lively spot to unwind. The on-site cafe was also a highlight, offering a nice selection of tasty food and drinks throughout the day. The hotel faces the Royal Garden which makes the rooms more beautiful. Not only could we enjoy the peaceful greenery, but we also had a chance to see Madrid's energetic rush hour traffic. Unfortunately, we could not make use of the nice pool and terrace due to rainy weather during our stay, but with so much else to enjoy, it did not dampen our experience.

The hotel is excellent, located right next to the Royal palace. The room is spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, and the bathroom amenities are of very high quality. They provide shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand gel, and a lotion cream for hands and body. The room is equipped with a coffee machine, and capsules are replenished daily. Water is also provided. The staff is very polite and attentive. The entire city center of Madrid is within walking distance. A metro station and a mall are about a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel. There are also shops and restaurants nearby.

The only thing I didn’t like was that in the inner garden, people gather late into the evening ( till 01.00 pm), which can be noisy.

The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing! Staff is super friendly, facilities in general were good and clean. It's well located in the city centre. The breakfast is complete with many options.

There were things that made us feel a bit uneasy during the stay. The soundproofing between the room and the corridor is poor. The energy went off during the night for a few times, which made an automatic emergency light turn on and not allow us to sleep. The rooms can be accessed straight from the streets (only the lifts have a security measure). All these combined contributed for us feeling a bit unsafe.

The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. It has all the basic things you need for a couple of days. The location is great and we used their parking lot (extra charge) which is conveniently in the hotel.

This is more of a personal take, but the hotel feels like staying at a WeWork. I didn’t feel that the value for money was there in terms of the amenities and services provided. It’s like a high end hostel but with 4* hotel prices. That said, it’s clean and is located in a nice area within walking distance to all the main tourist spots.
