Very nice and comfy hotel, well located and communicated with downtown Madrid (10-15 min walking, metro or bus). Clean spacious room (we were upgraded to a triple room), comfy beds, plenty of pillows, friendly staff. WiFi and heating (heat pump) worked perfectly. Will come back again and again!

Only point to improve is to get better toilet paper (several layers better than simple one) and allow guests to enter the breakfast space, even when they don’t purchase breakfast (it was closed for us).

Hotel Acta Madfor Team: You were the Best in making our stay memorable! My Mom & I had the most lovely time for 10 days visiting Madrid & its surrounding towns. Our room was perfect & our view beautiful! You were always helpful & the hotel location was excellent: facing the Metro, a Shopping Center, close to bus stops, in between parks, and at 10 minutes from the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, and the Egyptian temple. The hotel has been recently renovated and we got one of the new rooms, we booked one of the rooms with a balcony which was facing the main street. The cleaning staff were very good in cleaning the room. The location is next to the one of the main train stations, plus there are many cafes and restaurants at the rail station. There is a supermarket extbto the hotel.

The hotel location, reception staffs, Bed, room, shower.. All amazing

The cleaners or cleaner make so much noise starting around 7am, that is impossible trying to sleep. Doors slamming very hard, vacuum cleaner running, banging corners of rooms to be cleaned, front, beds being dragged, furniture, etc. Too much noise indeed. Impossible to sleep while they are working on cleaning. A feedback for the hotel would be to check the cleaning schedule, as the guest can enter at 2pm and leave at 12pm. We stayed in a hotel where cleaning was done after 11am and that was wonderful, as not all guests wake up early and many are on business arriving late on flights. It's worth checking out.

The staff was great, breakfast was excellent with many food choices, the lounge was beautiful and stilish, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower was big and the bathroom in general had a nice design... We also had a balcony with nice views of the park. The parking was readily available and with easy access.

The soundproofing is not good. Other guests woke me up in the early morning when I was trying to sleep. You can hear the footsteps, doors closing and opening, people talking. Maybe those were particularly noisy guests in addition to the soundproofing. That would be the only disadvantage I found for me.

The location is great, easy to reach from the airport. The room was spacious, nicely designed and the staff and breakfast was REALLY great.

We got a room facing the metro/train station and it was quite loud during the night if you kept the windows open. The AC units for 3 rooms were also on our balcony, rendering it pretty useless if you wanted to chill and enjoy the view due to the noise and heat they emit.

Great location, right in front of the Principe Pio station (with a convenient shopping mall, a metro and a train station). Walking distance from some touristic attractions. Very complete breakfast with varied, quality products.

Rooms are convenient, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and offering cute balconies to enjoy the view. They are not big in size, but still comfortable.

I very much enjoyed the room with the balcony looking at beautiful view, with fresh air coming into the room. The location was ok, very close to Principe Pio. The staff was very friendly.

For this price, it would be only fair to have complimentary tea/coffee/water - either in the room or in the lobby. During the day, sometimes there were constructions work outside the window, which were extremely noisy.

This was a great stay large airy room 403, nice view of trees. Room made up every day with large fluffy towels. €12 euros for great breakfast. We stayed a week, it is opposite prince pio station so connected to metro and very near all The main sites. Would stay again and book this chain in other cities

Convenient hotel, with nice design, comfortable rooms. Amazing views from rooms in higher floors. Great location, only a few metres away from the Principe Pio station - both subway and train. Also walking distance from interesting touristic spots, a large shopping mall right across the street, restaurants, etc.

There is a cost of 2 euros to leave the luggage after check-out.
