The large terrace and spacious living and kitchen areas . The shower was also a good size and the entire apartment was modern and luxurious .

You had to supply your own body wash and ask for toilet paper as you only get one days supply . So if you stay longer than a day you have to pay for body wash . Given the cost of the apartment this seemed stingy to us.

The apartment was lovely. Nicely decorated and a good size. The location was fantastic, we could walk to many of the major attractions like the Palace and Cathedral and also to the Gran Via where there was a free bus that took you up to the other end where the Prado and other museums were. Close to the metro as well. Lots of nice restaurants around the area. Having a kitchen was great, there were plenty of supermarkets close (the place does not have a breakfast option). Extra bonus was having a communal laundry on every floor. High recommend as a very comfortable base in Madrid.

Exceptionally clean, spacious apartment perfectly located right next to Plaza de España (between Royal Palace and Temple of Debod). Underground garage and very comfortable beds. Equipped with a dishwasher, cutlery etc. Washing machine and dryer situated in the separate room in the hall - we didn’t use them and neither did anyone else during our stay. Attentive and helpful staff receptionists.

We had problems connecting to WiFi but the reception was aware that this happens and helped solve this issues.

My husband is noise sensitive .Staying in this area was perfect it was quiet and easy to walk to the city center about 25 minutes. About a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station.Reception showed us a station near their establishment with a direct line that took us to get the fast train to València. There is Dia grocery store near by for basics. There is a wonderful salad bar on Gran Via near the Plaza Espana station. I think it was called Fresh point. The laundry on every floor was great. My only negative was the TV stations are only Spanish and the sound quality for the radio stations was not very good. I would definitely stay again

A mat in front of the sink would be nice. Hated their expresso machine never got it to work properly. I just bought instant coffee and used that.

We stayed for 3 night in the 2 bedroom with terrace. The place was spectacular, very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, very very comfy beds, nice bathrooms, good equipped kitchen and I personally loved the electronic blackout blinds. We could see the top of the Palacio Real from the terrace. The location is priceless in a very quiet part of town but easily accesible. The staff was superb, very attentive and friendly, always available. We will definitely stay here again, next time we visit Madrid.

Just that they didn’t have liquid hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen… would be a nice touch. We bought one at the store, so no big deal.

The kitchen make good use of compact space so every thing is ordered pretty well. This also ensure large space in living room and washing room The location is great. I can see the small hill and garden from my windows. Only several mins to walk to Debo's temple and Spanish Plaza. 10 mins walk to Spanish Palace. Several good restaurants, coffees and supermarkets nearby Last but not least, 2 thumbs to the 24 hours front desk service.

only 1 washing machine and 1 dry machine in a floor of 6 rooms. however few ppl wash in my period so it is still convenient

Excellent apartment in a good location to see the sights in Madrid. The apartment was extremely clean with quality sheets and was well equipped if you wanted to cook meals. We especially loved sitting on the huge corner balcony with morning coffee and enjoying an apéritive watching the sun set in the evening. Even though the location is located in the city centre, it was quiet and peaceful since it was across the road from Parque de la Montana which contains the Templo of Debod. Great place for an evening walk filled with lots of people gathering to enjoy the sunset and beautiful views of Madrid. All the staff we interacted with were kind, helpful and professional. Highly recommend staying here!

The location was superb for myriad reasons: walking distance to the metro and some main attractions as neighbors but without the noise; quite remarkable! Special thanks to Luis (who was only a few days into his job!) for assisting us promptly and without issue when our son unfortunately got sick. He cleaned up and got me a cab with a return trip to a 24-hour pharmacy, all without ever complaining. Muchísimas gracias, Luis! Thank you also to Jaime who greeted us upon arrival and was extremely helpful in providing a good lay of the land in terms of the metro, grocery stores, and nearby attractions.

This is not a criticism but more a suggestion: having manuals, even if in PDF form to download, for some of the appliances. We knew how to use the stove from having stayed in flats previously with the same type of stove, but others who visit may not have had the same experience. The thermostat was a bit challenging to keep at a constant temperature, but we made do.

Most things was great except asking to pay for additional shampoo and towels

Must offer towels and shampoo for free. It will not cost the hotel a lot

Apartment was very nice and in a great location. The people at the front desk were helpful and it was nice knowing they were on-site 24 hours per day.

Each day, in the early morning hours, I was awakened by people talking/yelling outside the building. Additionally, it would be nice to be given coffee for each day of your stay. Rather, when I asked for more coffee for our second day, I was told it would be one euro for each addItional pod. If guests need to buy their own coffee, it would be good to be given instructions on what kind of coffee pods will fit the machine and where we could purchase, but at least they were available for purchase.
