We had an amazing few nights stay at the Social Hub Madrid. The room was perfect with a view of the Palacio Real (Room 8307). There was lots of choice for breakfast and if you wanted a barista style coffee the staff were at hand to help you make one. The pool area was closed so cant comment on that (it was pretty cold so wouldn't have recommended a swim) but the rooftop bar made up for it. We even managed to take advantage of the happy hour one night. All the staff where excellent and made us feel very welcome, a special thanks to Andrea who went out of her way to help us. Hotel has great location, in walking distance to Plaza de Espana and Royal Palaca, has big and convenience parking lot. Breakfast is also rather diverse.

It would be great to have more firm pillows, as the ones in the rooms are really fluffy and soft. Check in also took rather long time, as there is a need to add data for each person who stays in the rooms and we had 3 rooms and 8 people in total, so we spent about 30 min at check in:( may be there is a possibility to have check in online to avoid a need to spend time on reception.

I was conflicted about my booking in the lead up to my stay, for two reasons One, I was worried that the hotel would be full of loud young people. (Because of the name and description of hotel). But that wasn’t the case at all, my room in the 4* part of the hotel was quiet and peaceful Two, the confusion about which hotel I was staying at because there are two property listings . In the end I think the only difference was the type of room offered, I think all other facilities are shared

It's a perfect choice for travelers who want more than just a room, they want a full experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a fantastic stay. The location is excellent! Just a 5 minute taxi ride to Gran Vía, a 5-minute walk to Príncipe Pío metro station, and about a 15 minute walk to the city centre. The food was delicious, and the swimming pool along with the rooftop bar offered stunning views of the Royal Palace. The perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s facilities made the experience even better, with inviting social areas, comfortable workspaces, a ping-pong table, a PlayStation 5, free laundry 24/7 and a modern gym equipped with towels and free water. From start to finish, everything about this hotel, from the atmosphere, the service, the location, and the amenities made it an outstanding choice for my trip to Madrid.

This was my fifth time in madrid in a year and second time at this hotel. I had the same kind of room than the last time, but it was a little bit different. In the end i prefered this one, allthough the sink was outside the bathroom. At first i thought that it was weird, but the lighting at the mirrow was now better. I love the two little balconys and the view is great! I stayed at the hotel for 12 nights. Did some laundry one time and that worked pretty well too. In my opinion the location of this hotel is perfect. The room with the view is quite big and its price quality ratio is the best in my opinion. Room doesnt have a minibar, but there are two kiosks and a small market on the same street. It was winter so the pool area wasnt open. So nothing to say about that. Coffee and drinks downstairs were good. I didnt eat breakfast at the hotel. I think the atmosphere in this hotel overall is very good. Nothing too fancy or luxury, but good quality if I compare to other options in this price range.

The customer service was good at most parts. One time there was a man on the recepcion who was very rude to us. I asked him for the bathrobes, that i knew should have been included in this room, and he started to argue with me about it. Next day there was another person at the recepcion and she got me the bathrobes right away. There is no Iron in the room, but they will give you one if you need.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, I really enjoyed talking wit them. Location is amazing, the vibe is nice and the swimming pool is pretty cool.

The property was a walk away to many places. There were things to do in the hotel if you don’t like going outside like ping pong, gym, social cafe and many more. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely reserve again when I come back to Madrid because of how awesome the place is.

I didn’t like how the bathroom only had two towel hooks placed next to the toilet. There wasn’t a lot of light in the bathroom so it was hard to see. I’m not sure if it’s depending on the tier of the room but unfortunately in our room, there wasn’t an iron to use but it was nice to have several hangers to put up our clothes.

Good facilities, very friendly feel for the place, and great staff. Everyone was super helpful and the environment for working remote is ideal if that’s what you’re going for. They do organise some community events during the week (but definitely scope to put on more), which is a nice touch.

Room facilities (I.e. hangers but no wardrobes/cupboard, kettle but no coffee machine, slight sound of plumbing coming through drains at night), could have been a little better for the cost / value for money.

A nice vibing hotel with lovely atmosphere just in the heart of Madrid next to the Palace; Super friendly flexible young staff (allocated me a quiet room as I preferred and found me a yoga mat that I could use in the room for my exercises); very comfortable bed and pillows; tasty and fresh breakfast with variety to choose; also a bar has great fresh options to eat

I can only suggest some single use flipflops and toiletteris such as dental set, that normally I would expect from a 4 start hotel but esp in my case when my suitcase was delayed I could have used from the hotel instead of jeopardizing to shopping after the flights :)
