The hostel exceeded my expectations, all areas were clean, the shared bathroom (two on each floor) is really spacious, clean and bright. There's also a shared fridge on each floor plus a microwave oven on the second floor. New towel every day. Some smaller supermarkets, restaurants nearby. I recommend parking in either at Plaza Major or at Parque Central (one Euro for 12 hours, two minutes on foot from the hostel) underground parking lot as street parking around the hostel is almost impossible.

Our stay at H Los Rafaeles was amazing. It's like a little hidden gem. So clean and quiet and great value for money. The rooms were perfect for a short trip. Loren was very kind and made our stay perfect. Would definitely book again if I'm back in Madrid 10/10

Great value for money. Clean, easy, helpful staff. Has everything you need for a brief stay.

The rooms are a bit noisy as the walls are thin - didn’t bother us though! Perfect place for a cheap nights sleep before an early morning flight.

Very clean, comfortable

I wasn't provided with the towel in a private room, had to ask for it. I needed to drink a medicine but they didn't facilitate me a cup or a glass and had to buy it in a shop.

The location... The place was clean and quiet.. No hassle even if the bathroom is outside the room, it was clean... Definitely come back if I'll visit torrejon again..

No breakfast. I like the cleanness and location. The staff were excellent.

Noise from the adjoining bar/restaurant mostly during the weekend

Lovely location, I really like Torrejon de Ardoz. And this is a great quiet clean spot. The staff were wonderful and gave me a slightly bigger room, the receptionist answered all my questions and booked me a taxi to the airport as I had to leave very early. The staff are also very very helpful because I left something behind and they're doing their best to ship it to me.

The only issue was noise from another bedroom but with ear plugs I was fine.
