Simple hotel near by Madrid, easy to reach by train and bus. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple and good, no hot food. No surprises, everything as we expected. Taxi from the airport around 30 EUR

The location of the hotel was great, right next to a pedestrian street with lots of shops, restaurants and bars, leading to the main square. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable and plenty bi for two people. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, no hot food but a good variety of fruit, cereal, yogurt and pastries. The area around was quite busy and bustling but we didn't have any problems sleeping.
It was quite pleasant, we really have no complaints

Location right in the centre of town. Close to the main square with lots of bars and restaurants. Off site parking only cost me €2 from 6.00pm to 4.00am the following morning.
It’s dated and has limited parking.

Staff, comfort, cleanliness, location. I easily found free street parking. It was only a 30 min drive to central Madrid and 15 to the airport at 9AM.
The 1st night there was no internet due yo a technical issue. It was up and running the following day.

Friendly staff, very clean, lift if needed. Staff encouraged you to speak Spanish (which is what I wanted) and spoke English if necessary. Directly across both the bus and train station with easy access to Madrid

Hotel Madrid Torrejón Plaza is lovely very central and I really enjoyed the stay. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Adequate breakfast. Location very good, added bonus parking garage. Reception staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. Made us feel very welcome.

Very clean, exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff.
It was a very warm and humid night and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. We had to open the windows which were on the first floor right above a main street.
