Absolutely wonderful experience! Great staff, facility, benefits and atmosphere! Everyone was squeaky clean. Free coffee and tea was available to prepare anytime at the common area. Microwave was available too. Excellent communication and help from stuff with anything (even when using a coffee machine for the first time). Great location as there were multiple metro stations around it and lots of grocery stores. Also €9-€20 Uber drive distance to the Airport. Very thankful.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Compact, clean and comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk to Quintana Metro Station and that Line 5 takes you straight into Opera. I got back late at nights and didn't experience anyone hanging around on my walks back to the hotel. It was located in a safe location for a solo traveller in my opinion.

The room was close to the coffee making area, which was quite noisy one morning with quests using it. But for the value for money, I accepted it, but it was 8-9am, so they were within their rights to use those facilities. There were no such issues on the other four mornings or late at night when I needed to sleep.

The room is great, you have everything needed. When we arrived everything was very clean. The hotel is new and modern. :)

The only thing that could be better is heating. Sometimes it was a bit colder even heating was on maximum. Anyway, I would choose again CH Tanez Carolina when visiting Madrid.

Great location for a short termin stay in Madrid. Easy check in, quiet neighbourhood, staff was really friendly. Free coffee. Supermaketed and a nice Cafe are close by. I can recommend this place. Short walk to the metro. You can get around the city quickly.

Nice and cozy room for a few days while exploring Madrid, coffee machine is amazing extra touch. Birthday decoration was beautiful!

Walls are too thin, you could literally hear other people’s conversation and alarms Bed a little bit too small for 2 people to get a proper sleep

It was a really clean room. You can reach the owner whenever you want. Good transportation via metro. I really suggest id you are a solo traveller.

We were impressed of the apartment. It was clean, comfortable beds. In common room you can do laundry. There is a washing machine and dryer. You can do tea or coffee on a coffee machine. It was in a hall for everyone. There was a microwave too.

Just it was a cold floor , no carpet. So it's better to have its own slippers.

Somehow I was having dust allergies when I was turning on the heating/ A/C. Wasn’t a big issue as I wasn’t too much time in the apartment but definitely something that can improve.

New and clean. Using of washing machine and dryer .

In evenings and at weekends too quiet area. Construction of our room was lacking seriously. Use of cupboard behind door was unacceptable, because hotel didn't removed unnecessary doors. Lack of shelves and other possibilities to put your clothes.
