It is not a hostel - it is very much a hotel. It is modern and the breakfast is very good (although you do have to pay 12 euro the night before).

The location is terrible if you want to do anything besides sleep at the hotel and eat breakfast and then catch your flight in the morning. I would not walk around there at night. I came from Chamartin station and it was about 20 minutes and a 20 euro Uber ride. The driver was able to find the hotel easily. The hotel shuttle is infrequent (e.g., 7am and 8am) and supposedly takes 20 minutes but stops at other hotels. It costs 5 euro. I took an Uber which cost 14 euro and got me there in 15 minutes.

Very comfortable beds and clean place with a nice little gym. Staff is friendly. A nice restaurant is close by. A great spot to spend the night before or after a flight!

We booked it because they advertise an airport shuttle. After booking, they sent us a link to a paid shuttle we had to book ourselves. We booked with this recommended place, and the company proceeded to charge our card, not send an email confirmation, didn't arrive at the airport, and have a number that no longer works/don't respond to emails. We talked to the hotel and they said that as of this week they are no longer offering the shuttle service. The hotel itself was great, though little around it in terms of restaurants, but the fact that we got scammed by a company the hotel recommended was a bummer.

I messaged the hotel twice before my arrival to inquire about a shuttle and they didn’t respond to my message until four hours after I had checked in. I was a little bit disappointed because I wound up taking a taxi and if they had responded on time, I could’ve caught their shuttle and saved a bunch of money.

9 km from airport, quiet, dog friendly, large room, garage - height 2.30m-, all with extra charge. Resto onsite. Excellent for one night. Very friendly lady at the bar allowed us to have our drinks and tapas with our dog. Plenty of green area outside for walks.

Dinner -tiny portions outrageously expensive - Hotel 'boasts' a shuttle bus: 2 Friends came to join us from the airport early in the morning. They had paid for 2 tickets on the shuttle website. Bus did NOT turn up. They had to get a taxi to the hotel.. and lost 10 euros... Breakfast was basic, and not included.

The breakfast was great! They have a machine that makes caf or decaf, and you can program it the way you want. I stopped the cafe con leche half way through and added hot water. Came out just the way I liked. Fresh fruit, lunch meat, hard-boiled eggs with Spanish tomato sauce and olive oil, freshly baked croissants and other pastries. Very nice! I had forgotten to bring my iPhone charger and they had a vending machine that sold me one! The front desk man showed me how to use the machine. A real life saver!

The neighborhood is kind of corporate and industrial, not much atmosphere. And it was still a $30 ride from the airport. However, for the quiet, the good shower and the breakfast, I'm very grateful to have been there after my nightflight from Boston.

The Hotel promises sleep and it delivers. The room was quiet and dark. Everything clean and very comfortable. Although stylish and modern, you need to accept it is quite minimal, Almost stark. I appreciate the efforts to be environmentally responsible. Despite some travel forums saying there was no shuttle I was able to arrange a Shuttle with them directly. Very nice driver.

The bare concrete ceiling is bit too minimalist. Also, a kettle and instant coffee would make a difference. My bathroom was clean but smelled of sweat. I wonder if the air-conditioning from the gym circulates through some of the rooms? I mentioned it at check out and they said maintenance would look into it. Shuttle is a half hour drive from airport so not as vconvenient to return to get the train into city. Instead i chose to go into Madrid by taxi. €34.

It was clean and with friendly staff. I like the cheaper option of the shuttle to the airport.

The bed was very comfortable and it’s in a quiet area. Everything seemed nice and clean. Guests need their room key to go up in the elevator so I felt quite safe as well. That was important to me since I was traveling alone with my elderly mother.

I would have liked a coffee machine in the lobby that guests can use. I woke up early for a flight and the guy behind the desk the night before said I could probably have a coffee from their machine in the lobby if it was turned on when I came down but a different guy in the morning told me no and that I would have to go get one from the cafeteria. Not a big deal, but I wanted to move quickly to make my flight, not wait to be served a coffee.

I had a wonderful stay at Zleep Hotel in Spain. The hotel was modern, comfortable, and very affordable. I booked at the last minute, and it turned out to be an excellent value for the price. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet stylish option.

The only downside to my stay was that there wasn’t an iron in the room, which I hadn’t realized. However, they did have an ironing room on another floor, so it wasn’t a big issue. This was the only minor inconvenience during my stay.

Not too much to comment - the hotel was close to the airport and provided a shuttle service to get to your terminal in time via an online booking service. The room and features are minimalistic but adequate for a night's stay waiting for your flight and avoiding the brutal traffic in the morning. If your flight is in the morning, a stay in a hotel close to the airport is a must, especially for an intercontinental flight. No joke!

The shuttle service is not included in the room price. It seems that this service was subcontracted with a local company and it was 5 euros at the time we were there. If you need breakfast, the hotel offers it for a fee. For dinner or lunch, you can shop around but options are limited.
