Very spacious room/apartment with anti-burglary roller blinds and airco/heating system. Nice, private kitchen fully equipped, king-size bed and comfortable couch with two tables and couple of chairs. Big bathroom with bathtub and shower. Everything was very clean and surroundings very friendly and quiet. Free, big parking lot just next to hotel. Nice, helpful and friendly receptionist speaking in english. Possibility of extending your stay from one day to the next without any problems. Just next to hotel, supermarket.

Distance between hotel and centrum of the city was too big, around 12 km in one way. But, few bus stops nearby so not always Uber was necessary. Bus tickets are cheap but you need to be prepared well, because drivers takes only 5€ in cash max. More amount than this means you're not going. Or special application on your mobile. No card payment at all. Small inconveniences, nothing more.

Staff were excellent, room clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is possibly upgrading the kitchen ,crockery and utensils. Otherwise excellent value. I most definitely will be back

Kitchen and limited TV channels and international news coverage

I stayed at TH Aravaca in a one-bedroom apartment and really enjoyed it. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a handy kitchenette and free parking. The location is quiet but well connected to central Madrid, and shops are close by. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth.

I didn't expect such a huge apartment! I could easily have stayed here a few days. The facilities were spotless, modern, amazing. Great wifi.

The only thing was that the outlets on the walls were placed in very odd places around the apartment, so that was a bit unhandy. The location is also a bit remote.

Suggest a note in the check-in machine that it won’t allow check in early. Reception hours - no one was there when the hours said there should be.

Location, large room, kitchen in the room

Everything is good, except that in the morning the cleaning lady was knocking and calling in our room. Although we arrived the night before, it was not necessary to clean the room. We wanted to sleep longer, but we could not because of the staff

Hotel is 8 minutes away from train station. Have in mind that metro and train tickets are in separated paying sistems. Room is spaceus and bright.

Some things in bathroom could use repair (wc toilet button, water tap). It is a bit unusual that you have kitchen to prepare meal, but don't have two chairs so you can sit and eat.

The location was excellent for me, only 20 minutes from the airport. The apartments are clean and have cooking facilities and with Aldi only 2 minutes away, is very easy! The staff are always great.

Most of the furniture and other items in the apartment are old.

Very convwnient location, especially if you don't want to drive into the city.. The apartment had everything I'd hope for. There was an aldi very close by and a massive shopping centre right next to the train station.

The location to Motorway was good. The parking was wonderful. We had a small dog with us, and we played outside with her. Perfect for pets. Shops close by. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all we needed either for one night or for a week.
