From the moment we arrived, (earlier than expected), Javier went out of his way to make us comfortable. This boutique hotel is spotless and clean in every respect. Javier recoomended a restaurant across the street for dinner and it was also excellent. Breakfast offered many choices and we were seated and served rather than serving ourselves from a buffet. H La Cabana is situated in a beautiful residential area with parks not far from the hotel. Our command of the Spanish language is limited but every one we met was helpful and gracious. So if you want a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Madrid, this is the place to stay! Noticed several businees travellers staying here as well.

It was clean and the the staff were very very nice!

Our bathroom handheld shower did not mount on the wall. The mounting bracket must have broken which is unfortunate as the water pressure was much better than the rain shower. Everything else about our stay was great.

it is very small and only has 2 stars, however there is nothing not to like. rooms are clean and comfortable with toiletries in the modern bathrooms. breakfast is plentiful with loads of choice. the owner is amazing and his customer service is better than I have received in many 5atar establishments . the outdoor terrace is a great spot for a glass of something chilled and amuse v bouche are always bought to you😃

The towels are not great.

the staff is very supportive, and the rooms were super clean and every day we had room service. the team is always trying to prepare the best food and answers to the need of the client immediately.

gentleman was exceptionally welcoming, breakfast was sensational, place was spotless, room was comfortable, toiletries were spot on.

no ability to log into Netflix or Disney Amazon etc on tv

Room very small, but more than enough for one night

My stay at H La Cabaña was an interesting experience, but that was probably more to do with me than anything else... When I arrived (admittedly earlier than planned) with my dog (admittedly who has never worn a collar nor needs a leash), it initially seemed we weren't going to be welcome. But, after talking with the gentleman in charge and improvising a leash, we were eventually able to check in and things got a lot easier. The room, on the second and top floor, was a little tight around the bed, although the mattress was new and pretty comfortable. The bathroom was also a little short on space, particularly between WC and bidet, but quality toiletries were provided. The mini fridge (which was a little noisy during the night) was stocked with complimentary water and a bottle of cava. In the morning, the same gentleman, who had been serving breakfast (which I had elsewhere) was charming and even gave me a bag of fruit, pastries and water to take away. All in all, great value and friendly service, albeit not quite what I expected...

Javier, the receptionist, was simply amazing! He made us feel very, very welcome -- made the entire thing an A++ experience for us.

There was very little public transport nearby.

Fenomenal breakfast, very nice stuff, everything clean. I will came back.

It is little bit on the side, but advantage is very quiet area.
