This is the second time with have stayed in TH La Florida. We travel with our cat when we're away for more than a couple of days and we put in a request to stay in the same room as we did previously so that our little Queen was familiar with the space to reduce anxiety and they were delightfully accommodating. The apartment was clean, tidy and represents great value for money. The staff are wonderful - I can't stress that enough and will do everything they can to ensure the stay is as easy as possible. Public transport is really straightforward with a regular bus service at the end of the road (highly recommend that you get a Madrid travel card) that will get you into Madrid Moncloa and from there, full access to the Metro system.

This isn't really a criticism, it is just a more appropriate place for this comment: some of the decor is a little tired in places, but relative to the price you pay for the accomodation it is absolutely spot on and the overall presentation is still excellent. Some cleaning products for plates and cutlery that we used would have been nice, but these were sorted with the regular housekeeping (I just like to clean my own plates when I have used them!)

The website mentioned a restaurant in the property, it turned out the restaurant has been gone for a while so the info is outdated.

It was very clean and comfortable, great value for money!

Despite breakfast being advertised from 8-11, that day the cafeteria had a sign: "we open at 10" which completely threw our plans off. Sound isolation wasn't the best as we could hear what went on in the adjacent rooms and the hallway. The area is very nice but poorly connected via public transport, with only one bus line servicing the route.

Samira was exceptionally helpful and her customer service skills were over above and beyond. She did everything possible to accommodate my needs. The way she was handling issues that came up with other guests with which I was in line waiting, was also extremely professional. The owner of the bar/restaurant was also extremely helpful and gave excellent customer service.

The facilities in the kitchen could be more extensive. There was no knives to cut food and prepare meals.

The suite was clean and large, and the hotel was nice in a nice place and not so far from the train station and the bus to go to the city

Everything was clean. The apartment was big with comfortable beds and pillows. Only personal that we saw was the cleaning crew. Thy were very friendly.

the blinds won't completely close so when the sun was out, the room got illuminated and our sleep were interrupted the kitchen is not that equipped

The property was clean the room spacious and had what you need. Parking was excellent. The staff in the morning were very helpful.

There was no one there apart from guests.

I really want to thank Mirella at the reception because she risolved quickly my situation and was always ready to reply also in wtsp. Very professional and polite. We stayed for 10 days and We suggest this residence to you all !

Efficient automatized Check-in process. Competent staff. Excellent location and free parking is a valued plus.

Wi-fi inside the flat is unreliable and week. Some renovation is necessary.
