The apartment was very clean, in a good condition and spacious enough for the family of 5 persons. Free private parking lot. The hotel itself looks a pretty new and fresh. Quite location. Easy self-check in procedure and very responsive host in case of the issues.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of Madrid, close to the motorway and a bit remoted from the public transportation, so it is more convenient for those who is travelling with the car. The apartment had a kitchen but it does not have a dishwashing machine and only provided a basic set of utensils. We spent couple of night during the New Years celebration, and I think it was a litle bit overpriced considering its location

The flat was modern, clean, warm and spacious. We were here for one night only and after a long haul flight from South America so it was nice to arrive to a warm and confortable flat. The flat is close to the motorway, so not a great view, however it was winter and dark so it didn't bother us. The double glazing is superb, we didn't hear the traffic and overall it was quiet so we had a very good night sleep. There is an Aldi about 3 minutes away, really easy for getting food.

As a minor detail for the owner, the kitchen and bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke, which we think was coming from another flat via the vent system.

The rooms were in pristine condition, it was obviously brand new. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was spacious. I liked it a lot.

The only thing I didn't like was that they would turn off the thermostat every day and we would have to ask the front desk to turn it on for us each time. I'm all for being energy efficient and I understand that if we are not in the room the best thing to do is to turn off the AC. But we should have the option to turn it on by ourselves when we are in the room.

Loved staying here. The studio apartment fit our needs perfectly. It was well-equipped (plates, glasses, microwave etc). Nearby supermarket was useful. The staff was super in allowing us to check in early and to extend our stay unexpectedly. Very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Not centrally located, though we didn't need to go to the centre of the city so it was great for us. The rooms aren't cleaned on a daily basis but we were given clean towels etc when we wanted to switch the dirty ones.

Very simple and quick Self check in kiosks were placed. Very clean apartment with all the amenities. Quiet neighbourhood. Proximity to the metro station

The house should have some city maps and metro guides. Some info on nearby places like Aldi(grocery), doctor, which anyways exist. Signages for the clothes laundry and washing area, etc. Prices could have been moderated. Self check in kiosk is not easy for senior citizens

There was sufficient space. Extra towels and covers. Clean room. Enough closet space. Relatively quiet room. Kitchen was well equipped.

There was no Iron to use. The appliances were low quality and the toaster broke even it looked it was brand new. I would have liked an oven, but thats not that much important for may be a lot of people.

there was no breakfast option :-( no options to buy some food or drinks electric car charging stations not in use (new and not activated). nobody informed me, and I had an electrical car

Extremely good structure with very nice and comfortable apartments equipped with whatever you may need including local parking. Pet friendly and this is a plus for us The city center can be reached easily in 15 minutes by car. The structure in located in a very quiet and green area of the town. The staff is very friendly

New and modern apartment. Very comfortable. Great spot if you want to see Madrid. Parking was free even though it says in the description it costs €20.

The AC was not easy to use, there were no instructions and it was in Spanish. After changing the language we managed to get it working.

Perfect location for what I needed. Room was great and spacious. Staff were very helpful and fixed an issue I had with the room safe promptly.

The drying rack was built into a cupboard that was high up though, which was annoying, especially for someone short like me.
