Convenient location next to motorway for onward travel. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance for evening meal. Friendly staff. Very clean. Comfy beds. Modern bathrooms. Gluten and lactose free options for breakfast. Secure parking garage high enough to accommodate our roof rack for 6 euros.

The air con was set too cold in all 3 rooms and we didn’t seem to be able to change it. We all switched it off in the end. When you turn off the shower, the intuitive way of doing this results in cold water spraying from the overhead shower instead of shutting the water off.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood, near the metro station Puerta del Sur (to the center of Madrid approx. 30 minutes). There was also a grocery store across the street. Reception is available 24/7, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, beds were huge and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent (especially hot cocoa), corresponding to the price. Personally, I would also welcome a choice of vegetables. I would definitely come back on my next trip!

There was no ventilation in our bathroom. We were also missing a bathroom ladder (heating) to dry towels or wet clothes (thanks to storm Ciarán). But otherwise everything was great!

Very clean, all time juce, tee & coffee available - even for free. Chrome cast works very well one the room. Walking distance to Madrid Metro or express Bus to City.

In February was already warm. Air condition is of - reasonable to save energy- but ventilators should work. Open window possible, but a little too noicy surrounding (industrial area / noice of office air conditioning, etc.)

It's easy to park in front of the hotel or nearby. The reception staff is great. The bed is really big and comfortable. The room is spacious. Free hot drinks 24/7. You can get fresh towels every day. Multiple supermarkets and tapas bars within minutes.

The space is not utilised and it's very uncomfortable to stay more than 1-2 days. Most likely it's cheaper and easier to clean a room ,which is almost empty. We asked for new towels every day, because there was nowhere to hang them to dry. We kept too much stuff on the floor, because there was nowhere to put our stuff. There was no stand to put our own shampoo. The desk was too tiny and the chair caused me back-pains after 3 days working on a laptop. There was noise from the car repair shop which is next to the hotel. The hotel's photos looked like a suitable place for 5 days stay, but I'd say this hotel is only good for 1-2 days sleepover without spending much time inside the room.

Clean, welcoming, Pet friendly with welcoming helpful staff. Ample restaurants within easy walk and a good breakfast available with gluten free options which is essential for me as I am Coeliac

The only issue we had and it is not with the hotel rather Google maps and the incorrect location - thank goodness for Apple Maps in the end

I wasn't very pleased with the fact that there was scaffolding at the entrance of the hotel. It gave a poor first impression and made the arrival feel less welcoming. I understand that maintenance is sometimes necessary, but it was still a bit disappointing.

Nice small room for short stay. Has mini fridge to cool off drinks, bed and barhroom were nice. Breakfast is decent, have some meals to choose from. Overall good place to stay for few days trip!

Bed in the room I got was squeaking and this made some noice during the night.

Walking distance to the metro (Puerta del Sur). An Aldi supermarket right across the street. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable and large. Free coffee/tea/hot water at the reception. The area was pretty quiet and the price was acceptable (Madrid is very expensive). There is some parking in front of the hotel. Ask for a room at the top floor.

Very clean and good furnished rooms. Cold water from the cooler is available 24/7 on the reception. Subway station with direct connection to the city center is very close. Hotel provides free limited street parking and also there is a lot of free municipal on street parking outside.

Rather poor soundproof. Our neighbors were rather quite but everything (including speech) was being heard through toilet ventilation

Clean rooms, close to metro station, free cofee all day.

Very slow service at breakfast. No one was refilling food regulary so there were moments when there was no ham and cheese at the table. The last day we were alone at the breakfast (7am) and 2 receptionist at the desk. We were hurrying to the airport and didn't clean our table (but there is nowhere a sign that you need to do it by yourself). And the rude lady send us back to our table to clean after ourselves. It felt like we were in a hostel and not a hotel.
