Fabulous position, close to a couple of metro station but we walked everywhere. Great area, lots of places to eat, shop and buy groceries.

The staff was super friendly, approachable, and always available if we needed anything. The location is also great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house itself was perfect for us, with two bedrooms each having their own private bathroom, which made things really convenient. Everything was very clean and well taken care of.

The only downsides were that, at times, there was a bit of a sewage smell. Also, we could often hear people being loud in the hallways (maybe because the building is older and not very soundproof). Since we were traveling with a baby, this was a bit of a problem at night. Putting up signs to remind guests to keep quiet during late hours could really help.

We booked 2 apartments in this property as we were 2 couples on vacation. The property is located around 10 minutes walk to Gran Via, which is a plus for shopping and for anything central. The hosts were super nice, recommended places to visit and also kept our luggages before and after our stay. A plus that one of the apartments was ready beforehand too. When we entered the apartment we were greated with all one can wish in a small apartment- a fridge and freezer, over, hob and microwave. Also some coffee and tea for breakfast too. The bathroom was also fitted with toiletaries too. Would highly recommend staying in Gran Central Suites.

If i’m being picky, towels are not changed. However when i asked the hosts if these can be changed, she non hesitatly asked if we would like to change these free of charge. This is the only “bad” thing that i can think of, however as i said this was resolved. But just thought of mentioning if maybe this bothers anyone.

Great area. University vibe, it’s not quiet at night, but very friendly area. Lots of food options. Well snd stylishly equipped. Washing machine s great addition. Compact kitchen, but who is cooking lavish meals! Very comfortable, compact apartment Excellent communications. Management team booked us very reliable 02:00am taxi - early flight

Poor lateral noise insulation. We heard too much of what was going on next door(!). No noise from below. Guests should note there’s no lift - we were on 3rd floor - with a sprained wrist and bruised knee! Note to self!

Absolutely amazing location, only minutes away from Gran Vía and many other turistic places. The door code system works well to enter at any moment without hassle, the soundproofing was absolutely amazing and did not have a single issue with loud noises to sleep, despite being in one of the most central areas of Madrid. The apartments were fully equipped and the AC worked wonders in the hot weather.

Some stuff didn't work in the room, the coffee maker lacked instructions and made it hard to use, the toaster did not work at all. It would be amazing if the staff could supply instructions for the AC and appliances. For example, I wasn't aware the microwave had a grill function until I noticed my dishes getting hot instead of the food inside!

It was a comfortable room with everything you could possibly need. The location was great, too. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was strong.

We stayed on the ground floor with a window facing the internal patio. It was rather noisy; the other guests slammed the door back and forth at any time. Also, the walls and ceiling were thin, so you could hear what was going on around you. In conclusion, it was a good place for a short stay. I was hoping the front desk staff would advise the other guests to at least close the front door softly but no, it didn't happen.

Great value for money, really centrally located and a nice spacious studio with plenty of room. In nice condition, everything was clean & comfortable. Would absolutely recommend to a friend & would stay here again.

It's a little basic, and there's no staff on site & responses to the whatsapp are a bit slow, so if you did have any issues during your stay I don't know how responsive they'd be

The proximity to sites we wanted to see and the metro was great. There was a panaderia just around the corner with restaurants and stores nearby. It was also nice to be able to leave our luggage in a locked room until we could check in. There was someone always at reception during normal hours and check in was as easy as a hotel. Everything was clean and in good working order in the apartment with a functional kitchen area.

Being in the centre of Madrid and within walking distance to so Manu places was a huge bonus for the long weekend we stayed here. we really appreciated having a reception with friendly staff but also having the privacy of the apartment with hob, coffee machine, washing machine and en suite bathrooms! Added bonus were the usb plugs in the bedroom! The apartment was great and we had such a nice stay here and it was very convenient having super markets within walking distance also.

It was a cute little suite that suited our family well. We appreciated the kitchen and the living space. We also appreciated that quiet hours were upheld. The location turned out to be fantastic with lists of places to eat nearby, a park, quick access to the metro, and a quick walk to many places in Madrid

The wi-fi could have been a little more reliable, but it didn’t detract from the stay. The couch was comfortable but it would have been nice to have more comfortable chairs, since it is hard to fit four people on a couch :)
