Location was great, near gran via. Metro, stores, atm & bus stops are all nearby. There also seemed to be a police station nearby which made me feel safer. I appreciated all the little extra things. There was a glass in the room which reminded me to keep up with hydration. I didn't realize I needed the extra pillow until I did. The toilet paper was so soft which I'm grateful for. Even though my check in time was after what was available, Lily notified me of putting the keys in a storage facility near by which was awesome & made my trip worry free. I had headphones at night which was helpful as I could hear what sounded like people shouting at each other at night, probably because the place is close to the street as well. Wifi was great so I used my laptop & didn't use the TV in the room. Water pressure for the shower was great, no issues there. Had to be creative with where I placed my toiletries as there is no shelf space in the bathroom, only the sink, shower stall, toilet, trash can, power outlet & hooks. The towels were clean but I found them rough. One of the few times I'm glad for my overpacking that I brought my own towel & wash cloth. There was a small round table, a chair & a single shelf space with hangers which were all useful to me. This was a wonderful stay for me. The accommodation was well located being only a three minute walk away from Gran Via and the Callao metro station. Lily is an excellent host who made sure to make our stay as smooth as possible. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Overall great value for money and a wonderful stay!

It is in the centre and I saved much time, visiting all sightseeing, museums, galleries and so on. The suit was very clean and good prepared for my arrival. Stuff is so nice and friendly. I was surprised. My warmest recommendations to all.

Hostal is located 1min walk from the famous Schweppes sign, many restaurants nearby and Carrefour 24/7 1min walk. Various Metro lines up to 5mins walk, but city center is walking distance. In the room is a small fridge, what is super to keep your drinks cold. Bed was super comfy, I slept very good. Everything was very clean.

Everything was fine! The location is great, there is a supermarket and pharmacy nearby, as well as many restaurants and metro stations.

The only small problem is that the rooms don't have a fridge. Otherwise, everything else is fine!

Very near to Callao, short distance to Sol. Everything is convenient. Checkin is effecient and room is very clean. I have been booking at this property for sometime now whenever I am in Madrid. My go to accomodation.

the location is super great ❤️ you could walk and explore the city, the traffic bus and metro are various. Lily from the reception was a nice and helpful person 🌸 the room is cozy and confortable. Although it is in the middle of the city, we weren’t didn’t hear any noise! highly recommended place to be in Madrid

The location was perfect- within the city center; walking distance to the major tourist attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. Lily was very accommodating and helpful.

The staff was really nice. Also, the room (n. 1) was beautiful, had a small (but nice) external balcony, good shower, a small fridge and hangings. The elevator, although small, is a plus. And the location... Well, outstanding - connects you to the essential Madrid and the world. Stayed for 5 nights and I recommend.

The bathtub is a bit small and the shower could be placed higher than it is. I'm 180cm tall and it was a bit too close from my head. Apart from this, GREAT STAY.
