We had a lovely stay at Arenal Suites Gran Vía. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which set the tone right from the start. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. It had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Best of all, the location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to everything.

There were a few downsides to the stay. The apartment didn’t get much natural light, with only one window/door facing a closed-in area, which made it feel a bit dark. The WiFi was also a real issue—it was so slow we could barely check social media. The shower pressure wasn’t great, and the blackout curtains didn’t block out much light, which made it harder to sleep in.

We loved staying here. We were 3 adults and it was very comfortable apartment for us with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything needed was there (including coffee and tea, which is very nice), apartment was modern and clean. Air conditioning worked nice. Staff were amazing in communication. Easy check in and check out process, they also sent us very thorough instructions how to get to apartment with the videos. We were also allowed to leave luggage after check out. Location is great, central, but not too noisy, close to metro stations and stores/restaurants.

Everything was great, but would be great if there was a detergent for washing machine.

I let them know when I arrive and the person who manages the place came to me with the keys. He was super friendly, showed me everything in detail and after checking out we could leave our luggage for some time which was super helpful. The contact was easy and quick. We could ask for more tea or coffe or additional towels and all our requests were fulfilled. I am very happy with our stay. The apartment was spotless clean, spacious and had everything we could wish for. Truly amazing, I definitely recommend!

At night it was noisy from restaurants/bars nearby but earplugs solved the problem.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The host was amazing from start to finish, always available and very kind. My whole family was very happy with the room and the support we received during our stay. The house is very clean and well-maintained, which made our experience even better. The location is just incredible — right in the middle of the city, on Gran Vía. It’s the perfect spot for shopping, with a beautiful boulevard setting that feels like being in New York. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. I highly recommend it.

The location was amazing. Easy access to city and public transport. The host Christian went into great detail of places to visit, where to eat. When the great power blackout happened, he went above all expectations in making sure we were safe and had food and batteries or torches.He also kept us up to date with information regarding the progress with the situation. As travellers, we struggled to understand what was happening and where we could get food and supplies. Christian certainly made a difficult situation more bearable.

We had a wonderful stay at Arenal Suites in central Madrid. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all the major attractions. The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Communication for checking in and out was smooth and efficient, making the process hassle-free. The only minor downside was that a few of the bathroom towels were a bit worn and could use replacing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Arenal Suites for anyone visiting Madrid.

Right in the middle of the center of Madrid, spacious. Supermarket very close. The apartment was spotless, very clean and the team incredibly nice. Very good and fast communication. Would love to come back.

Not a big thing, but nice to know that you have to take stairs of 10 steps to reach the elevator.

I can really recommend this place! Location is great, you are in the heart of the city. Even Gran Vía is just a few steps away, the apartment was super quiet, facing the courtyard. Everything very modern, good size for 2 people. Christian was super friendly and helpful. Will for sure come back! :)

Nothing to really mention here, only thing one should know, is that housekeeping comes every two days, doing the essentials, but no cleaning service. But since the apartment is very well equipped, for us it was no problem at all.

The place is great. Big enough for 2. Location is fantastic. You cannot hear the noise outside. It's very dark inside if you close the blinds so it helps to fall asleep. Friendly staff Very clean Air-con works very well

We had to wait 40min outside for check-in because the person was still busy with other tenants. There's room for improvement in the check-in process. But the staff is very friendly. Free toiletries means it's enough for 1 or 2 uses. Bring or buy yours Cleaning service every other day but the bed and dishes were not done. No big deal for us because we stayed for a very short time.

Really lovely spacious apartment in a brilliant location. Right in the middle of the city so a super base to explore Madrid from. The apartment had everything and the beds were very comfortable.

Our apartment was very noisy at night making it very hard to sleep. We were there Thursday to Sunday so perhaps this is typical of weekends. I would advise to either bring earplugs or join the party!
