The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location is very good: the metro station at 5 minutes walking, the bus station at 5 minutes walking, the old area at around 7 minutes walking, Five Guys at 5 minutes walking … Excellent!

I visited Madrid in March, it was a rainy weather and it was pretty cold in the room - the air conditioning seemed to work, but the temperature was not changing. There are no floor carpets and this was not helping at all. The rooms is pretty small, but clean (they clean every day). I would recommend it to my friends for sure!

The location was amazing. It was in the center and very close to everything. We only used bus once, to go to the stadium which is not in the center of the city. Everything was clean and new. The staff were really nice. There is an elevator in the property which is a big plus. Overall we were really satisfied with our stay. We would 100% choose this hotel if we ever come to Madrid again.

The shampoo wasn't good, so we used the one we brought from home. There were no slippers which would have been helpful.

The location was very central with access to everything. Finding it was a little tricky because it wasn't what I was expecting (about 10 rooms in total) in being above the shops. The room was basic but clean and comfortable for us and our teen daughter.

The wi-fi was dreadful/ non-existent in our room. It could only be picked up in the hallway, which wasn't an appropriate place to sit. Our room looked onto the street, which was noisy through the night. This didn't bother us but don't stay streetside if you are a light sleeper.

The location is excellent close to Gran Via, the main street of Madrid. The staff are kind and friendly and although there is no breakfast provided, it was good to have a kettle and tea bags in the room to make tea in the room. The room and bathroom were kept spic and span by the cleaning staff.

The key to the front door of the building was not easy to use and I constantly had to ask for help to get in. The staff were kind and friendly, but I wish there is a reception desk open for more hours each day for emergencies or for guests needing help.

I really liked everything. My family and I occupied 2 rooms on March 15-18, everything was excellent and matched the description. Clean, cozy, bright, very friendly staff, quickly settled in, the location is excellent. The elevator is good. Thank you, I will recommend it to my friends and I will stop here again with pleasure.

Very good central location within easy walking distance of main area. Staff extremely helpful in all respects, in fact went above that expected in assisting with car parking.

Hotel very hard to find as no external signage, only a name on an apartment list with call buttons by a door which is between two shops. Could do with detailed directions and parking info on listing.

The rooms are small, but they provide all you need for a comfortable stay. We did notice larger rooms, but being summer and holiday, they were fully booked. The hotel manager went out of his way (quite literally to find us a taxi) to assist us. The location is absolutely perfect with a 50m walk from the bustling Gran Via.

Single room is basic but nice, clean and comfortable. The hostel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Perfect choice especially if for short stays.

Could do with some tea/coffee facilities, even if just a vending machine.

Great location. Quite street, 3min from Gran Via. Supermarket in the building. Small fridge at the reception, to keep your drinks cold. They were a bit flexible on check out and willing to keep our luggage at the reception after check put, with no charge.

We paid for three persons and got glasses, cups, ... everything (apart from the towels - to be honest) just for two. When asking to get another glass/cup, they didn't have it, but on the same time you can buy it at the reception...

Great room, really nice shower and bed. Fair WiFi. It was close to the centre but nice and quiet at night, I couldn’t hear much noise so that was great.

The fact that reception isn’t 24 hours, they are only there within a certain time frame. Which was fine but I was a big nervous about being locked out, luckily the key for the outside doors always worked! For that reason I chose to leave my luggage in a different place after checking out so I could get it at any time. But otherwise everything was great!
