The location is perfect, in the Gran Via, quite close to the subway station Callao and in a walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants. The room was surprisingly quite, considering that is located in the center of busy Madrid. There are other rooms around but we barely could hear the other guests, only when arriving / leaving. The staff is really nice, and it is possible to leave the luggage in the reception (which is in another building but just around the corner).

Not something we didn't like, just that the room is smaller than what it looks, but for us it was not a problem considering we were only there to sleep.

The location is right behind Gran Via so if you’re there to shop it’s the perfect place to stay at. The 2nd or maybe 3rd floor has private rooms which looks newly renovated so it was very comfortable to stay in.

I thought this was a hotel but turns out it’s a hostel. It’s clean and a good place to stay but it’s quite expensive for a hostel. They need better signage on the ground floor/ building. The only way you can tell it’s actually the place is if you spot the sticker about the intercom. The building could be maintained better. It was quite dirty and old. The receptionist was not friendly at all. Barely spoke a few words just to tell us leave our luggage cause the room wasn’t ready.

I really loved Woohoo, the room exceeded my expectations! The room size was just right for a short trip, super clean and location is excellent right on Gran Via and metro & bus stops just around the corner, did not have any noice complaints even though its on a busy street, front desk ladies were also amazing with helping when running into aircon issues & foodspot suggestions! All by all would go back for sure when visiting madrid!!

Nothing really

The location was perfect, in the center of Madrid and its busiest street - Gran Vía. However that doesn’t mean that it was noisy. On the contrary, the suites are located in a quiet street and not only that the noise was no issue, it was actually quieter than in a church. There was a very comfortable king sized bed and we slept wonderfully. The bathroom is very spacious and has all of the utensils you need. The toilet, shower and the bed sheets were clean. Towels are changed every three days. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in explaining to us how to get from the airport to the suites by metro. There is like a reception on the third floor of the building where you check in. The private suites are located on the first floor and there you have a lounge with a coffee maker and a kettle for making tea, as well as paper cups, tea bags and all the necessary utensils. They also provide you with a mini fridge which they fill with 0.33ml water bottles daily.

Even though the sheets, shower and toilet were clean there were some parts that weren’t. The floor of the room and bathroom was a little dirty and had a couple of sesame seeds on it. Also the bedside tables had glasslike stains that were sticky. So we cleaned the tables on our own. This is the only reason we are not giving the stay a higher grade than 8.

The location was excellent. You walked out and within 15 steps you had the Gran Vía and all the important places on my trip, the metro station, everything apart from the girl who welcomed us was super excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay with you again.

There is nothing that I dislike

The best part was the coordination and assistance from the Woohoo Suites staff. Very helpful and accommodating and available as and when needed Location was fantastic

The things such as body lotion were not available. The bathroom door was not working. No instructions to use the coffee machine

I've booked this hotel because of location, since I had only one night in Madrid. It was best decision, everything was very close and I didn't waste time in transport. I have to admit that bed was super comfy, although room is not very large, it is very convenient for a short stay and meets all basic needs. There is also kitchen where you can prepare meal for yourself, which might be very handy in case of longer stay. They gladly accepted to keep luggage after check out. Also very convenient for airport transfer, taxi is very cheap and in 15 mins you are at the airport.

The location of the Property is excellent, being a short walk from Gran Vía, and conveniently located in the Malasaña area where you can find lots of bars and restaurants. Woohoo is a hostel however on a different floor the property has separate en-suite ‘hotel’ rooms, which although not very spacious they are comfortable. Finally, the best thing of the room was the ‘memory foam’ mattress which guaranteed a good nights sleep!

I like- The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is big, the location is fantastic Things i dislike- The room it too small, the water pressure in bathroom is low

It is clean and well positioned for metro and sightseeing. It has the biggest bed I've ever slept in and also very comfortable. Brilliant shower.

Maybe an extra pillow each would have been good. An added bonus might have been a small cheat of drawers.
