Good location, nice price/quality ratio, friendly stuff

The door to the bathroom is almost transparent and couldn't be fully closed

Location wise, you will be staying in the heart of the Party in Madrid. With that being said, calculate your resting time, this hotel is right by the main Avenue so noise is terrible, we couldn't sleep anything. Host are friendly and all rooms are more or less the same. So for us, we had to check-out and move to a quiter hotel out of town. We needed the rest. Other than that, an amazing place. Recommended for the adventure, no sleep souls!!!

Noise!!!!!!!!

Having stayed before I somewhat knew what to expect. I especially love the centralized location of the hotel. It is walking distance to just about everything. I will be back…again.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the smell of sewage regularly. I do not know whether it is theirs or the city’s, but it is a bit of a drawback when it comes to the property.

Location is great, almost in gran via but without having that much noise. Bed is comfortable, Reception personal are nice and welcoming, Room is exactly the same than photos.

It smells bad in the reception, an irrigation smell, so intense that hits you as soon as you get there. When I used the heating the same smell in reception starts to get in room,

I stayed here with my teen at Hotel Avenida the hotel room was nice, bright and clean. The hotel is located just off Gran Via. It is within walking distance of almost everything. All Tour buses stop on Gran Via and you can buy tickets from the hotel. There is loads of restaurants and shops near the hotel and The San Miguel Market is about 10 minute walk away. Staff where so nice and friendly especially Michael.

location, close to historical area, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was welcoming

The smell of a cleaning product at the entry of the hotel and the noise coming from the street and from the hallway of the hotel (the cleaning staff started at 9am)

Great location, nice and clean room. Looks exactly like the pictures. We reserved only the room but we tried breakfast in the connected cafeteria and it was good and a fair price.

Nothing much to say, sound isolation between rooms could be better, but it wasn't that bad.

Great location, Good pleasing staff, the attached coffee shop is a great advantage which also swerves as a breakfast place.

Only wished if they provided a bottle of water atleast on the day of arrival and a coffee maker in the room.

I cannot point out a single thing. From the bathroom to the room itself. The location so central And the staff so very helpful. They even booked for us the visit to the Bernabeau stadium Already recommended it to my friends

The room was clean and tidy. Everyday cleaning and fresh towels when returning to the room. The location was amazing; close to the metro and to the city centre. Close to the shops and the restaurants.

Perhaps a bit better sound isolation of the door.
